Reviews for The Tale of Genji: Dreams at Dawn Manga

A long time ago, I was completely addicted to it, and I still love it! Yamato's paintings are the base for my peace books?

At the time, I read it when I was in elementary school, and even though I'm in my 40s, my heart was thrilled and moved again just as it was back then

The pictures and stories are beautiful and I like them. I was able to understand the story I thought was difficult in ancient literature (laughs)

I was an examinee and didn't know The Tale of Genji at all, so I bought it to know. It was really nice that it created the atmosphere of the Heian period.

This work is so wonderful that it is called Yamato Genji, and the style and illustrations are beautiful, and it is easy to understand even if it has no connection with the classics. Yamato sensei said it was drawn by standing on the side of Genji, who genuinely loves women... The Tale of Genji is a deep love story that can be interpreted in any way by the reader's interpretation, but I'm really glad I was able to get to know The Tale of Genji in this work, which is depicted with compassion for all the characters. Actually, I bought the entire volume in a paper book decades ago, read it over and over again, and it's still being stored on the bookshelf like new. lol)

The atmosphere seems difficult, but when I read it, I think it's a pretty fun, interesting, and good comic

I like all of Yamato Kazunori's works, and I read them over and over again. I love all the pictures and the story. I will continue to support you.?

I've liked it since I was a kid, and I've reread it many times since I became an adult, but it's interesting without fading. The reading response is amazing. There are many comics based on The Tale of Genji, but this work is probably the most detailed one. Perfect for getting started with The Tale of Genji. The Heian emaki drawn by Yamato Kazunori is really beautiful and fascinating, from character modeling to costumes and backgrounds.

This comic triggered me when I first understood the word. I wonder if I was around 8 years old at the time. It's a great work that I can really enjoy, even if I read it now.

I was indebted to you for classical music when I was in high school. Didn't you understand the relationships in The Tale of Genji? I was finally able to understand it with Yumemishi Asaki. You can enjoy it even when you become an adult.

I was fascinated by the beautiful pictures. I wasn't good at classical music, so I learned it too. I reread it for the first time in a while, and it's still good.

I read it when I was in high school. Thanks to that, the test went perfectly.

When I was a student, I read all the comics. Thanks to you, The Tale of Genji is still bright. When I became an adult, just watching a scene from The Tale of Genji in a Japanese painting exhibition immediately came to mind, and for the time being, it was a great experience that I was educated through comics. The design may be slightly different from today's, but I recommend this book. I don't think it's old. Rather, I am fascinated by the awesomeness of the drawing.

When I was in high school, I read it as a preparation against the classics. I read it for the first time in a while since then, and it's still interesting. The pictures are also different from recent trends, but they are beautiful and I'm fascinated

The pictures are beautiful, the story is wonderful, and if you read it through a few times, the relationships between the characters will naturally come into your mind. When I was in high school, I believed and read the rumor that “if the Tale of Genji comes out in ancient literature, you can get a perfect score,” I actually passed the center exam, and I was able to get a perfect score for that part.

I was curious, so I read it, but the pictures are also unique, but they are very attractive, and I bought all the actual ones!

Not to mention the splendor of the original story, the gorgeous pictures further convey the view of the world. It can also be used to study classical music.

This view of the Heian world is very stylish. Not only the Genji generation but also the children's generation are connected, so you can keep getting addicted to it and read on.

It's a work where the impression of the characters changes every time I read it again ❗ When I first read it, I empathize with characters I thought were people with habits, and I think it's just cute, but I think it's a new and interesting work every time I read it due to changes in my own experiences and values. ⁉ The color pictures are also very beautiful, and the costumes, flowers, hair, eyes... it's art ♦♦ is it interesting that the characters smell like humans even though they are so gorgeous?
