Drama. Two wrongs don't make a right.Adults with no communication skills shouldn't get married. Couples need to tackle problems together not just feel sorry for themselves and lay blame. Situations are true to life, that's what makes this a good and frustrating story at the same time.

I'm curious what direction this is going in.This is a really silly story, but fun once I got past the "Daddy" issue. Honestly, I'd be kind of disappointed if Pinocchio became a real boy and wound up with Geppeto. Pygmalion doesn't always need to wind up with the statue.

Two stars off for the red flag behaviorSomeone sober kissing someone drunk or unconscious is sexual assault. It kind of ruins what otherwise is a cute dynamic.

It went in a different directionThe relationship went in a different direction than I was expecting, which was better than expected. The opening chapter screamed red flag and reality doesn't usually end so positively.

Cute! Cute couple, patience, adorable feelings!A patient guy who likes you, is clear about how much he likes you, and is willing to take things at your pace is such a green flag. I wish dating was a positive experience like this for everyone.

Currently at chapter 12It's cute. Total fantasy, but the characters are cute. Sweet, inexperienced but domestically-inclined calm and curious young woman meets a career-oriented, but kind man in his early 30s. They communicate well and adore each other. They wind up doting on each other. We should all be so lucky...

Fun, silly, consenting adult relationships.Finally, something I can give an honest positive review. Yeah, yeah, age gap, but everyone is an adult from the get-go. There's nothing wrong beyond mutual drunk sex and normal relationship miscommunication at first. The characters are believable. It was a quick read and resolved nice.

Ugh.Sexual harassment is not sexy. Sexual assault cannot be waved away with "they felt good so they actually wanted it". Discrepancies in social power just reinforce the rapiness of the dynamic.

Interesting.A story about gods and consequences. I appreciate the comeuppance of the villain, but it's always sad to read about how family is often the ones who treat each other the worst. I wish we knew what happened to his other more timid family.

Another problematic age gap.Seriously. It's kind of gross. Trying to handwave away the inappropriateness with "it's a different culture/time period or "just fiction" doesn't excuse the wrongness. Just because the kid grows up eventually doesn't make it not grooming in the first place.

Splash with Tom Hanks & Daryl Hannah but....... sillier. And mixed with Ranma 1/2 and a brief love rivalry on either side.

So silly and it just kept getting more ridiculous.This review contains spoilers. It was really great in the most soap-opera-villian way possible. I feel like it kind of did a little bit of hand-waving away of logic jump in the middle before leaving it really open-ended for a sequel series because we don't really get closure around the main villian or the victims. It was so dumb, but I'd read the next volume in hopes of redemption or comeuppance for the villian or his son or other kids.

Bisexuality is a thing. This was mostly dumb.This review contains spoilers. "I used to be straight" is a dumb line. Being a bottom doesn't make you a woman or woman-like. Being the top doesn't make you less gay. If you liked dating or having sex with the opposite sex and the same sex, it just makes you Bi. Give, take, recieve, deliver, top, bottom, whatever. Dudes, just take turns. I did appreciate the willingness to be public about the relationship and the standing up for the partner at the reunion.

Meh.This review contains spoilers. Okay, the tanuki background is cute, but I hated the "love story" part of it. I was insulted by the idea that a long-term love of childhood friends is dismissed because the boys has the option of a fantasy in a shape-shifting, more traditionally attractive female who also learns to cook, caters to the boy's whims, and wants to jump his bones is coming on to him. New girl has ulterior motives and no real idea about boy's life and struggles but claims to love him. Shallow. It made me so grumpy.

I took off a star because of the last chapter.I took off a star because of the last chapter. It seriously had nothing to do with anything in the main story. Main story was adorable and cute. The characters were fun. Even the sidebar story of the younger brother was cute and a nice parallel to the main story. The last chapter went sideways and was totally disconnected.

Adorable.Similar in feel to "From Me to You" or "Honey Lemon Soda". Sweet with a minor love rivalry, this was cute.
