An old man from a rural area becomes Kensei

Don't be fooled by the title, this isn't just “the strongest old man.” I'm convinced that Kensei is full of human appeal, and is loved by his successful students. The humility of not believing in one's own abilities was actually cool, and I was struck by the realistic image of the protagonist that adults can sympathize with. It's not flashy, but I feel comfortable with a sincere attitude towards swords.

  The anime is unfortunate

I was very happy with the anime adaptation, but is it an outrage where 1 cool into the anime progresses to 9 or more of the existing volumes? It became, wasn't it? The comic version is amazing because it would be a waste to watch an anime and go through it. It's something else

The sense of realism is amazing

Anyway, the depiction of combat in this comic is amazing. The layout of each frame is excellent, and I am drawn in more and more as I read it. After that, all the female characters that come up are cute.
