Reviews for From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman Manga

Don't be fooled by the title, this isn't just “the strongest old man.” I'm convinced that Kensei is full of human appeal, and is loved by his successful students. The humility of not believing in one's own abilities was actually cool, and I was struck by the realistic image of the protagonist that adults can sympathize with. It's not flashy, but I feel comfortable with a sincere attitude towards swords.

I was very happy with the anime adaptation, but is it an outrage where 1 cool into the anime progresses to 9 or more of the existing volumes? It became, wasn't it? The comic version is amazing because it would be a waste to watch an anime and go through it. It's something else

Anyway, the depiction of combat in this comic is amazing. The layout of each frame is excellent, and I am drawn in more and more as I read it. After that, all the female characters that come up are cute.

I was really at a loss as to whether to buy the vertical color version, which is more impressive due to the color effect, or the black and white version, which is responsive to reading. I got lost and made it black and white, but I'm really glad I bought it. I was able to enjoy a cool sword play that was both powerful and amazing. The picture and composition are ridiculously good, so you can clearly see what kind of movement they are doing without leaving a single frame of the scene where swords are exchanged. This is really amazing! Even in popular comics, I can see a flurry of battle scenes being misled. Also, I was very happy that there were short stories and small story setting collections between stories and at the end of the book. It's a strong advantage that the color version doesn't have. You can see all the characters in “Embodying the Strength of a Sword Seen by Shaking Hands” by the weapon shop's father, which was received by the protagonist and Kurni in the main story. I enjoyed this comic to the fullest. I'm looking forward to the new publication.

It's exciting, and I'm looking forward to future opinions. It's kind of bothersome... what does 50 characters mean? It's like... it's troublesome but I'm doing my best

While feeling somewhat relaxed, it can be read even by those who don't like fighting. I read it when I'm tired from work. I'm healed by the kindness of the main character!

First of all, the handwriting is amazing and beautiful art. storyline is surprising and so humble and cute!! Highly recommended

The novel is also interesting, but since it's still action, the manga has a sense of realism, and there are various side story-like inserts, so it's fun.

It makes me feel so refreshed, I can cry later!! It was so interesting that I watched it all at once!!! Evil Is Good Crying I wonder if the next one will come out soon~ crying

The pictures are clear and scenes such as battle scenes are very easy to read. The abnormalities in holding the old man's sword that can be felt from the picture were interesting and amazing.

I was reading, looking at pictures, and I heard a closing sound approaching a crisis ❗️ amazing ‼️ the page progressed all at once without time to breathe ❗️

Why don't you have confidence even though you're actually strong... something must have happened in the past... I'm looking forward to the future, including the sky! Works you can watch over and over

My uncle is so cool! Strangely enough, there are no harems involved, and it's easy to read. Above all, the battle depiction is so wonderful. How many times have you reread it? The story itself is also interesting, so I think I'll buy the original novel and read it, but I want to continue following the story with comics. But I'm worried about the future! I'm struggling with that. Anyway, this is a work I want you to read if you have even the slightest interest.

The anime emphasizes the kindness, prominence, and good personality of the main character, but comics depict expressions of emotions that disciples see for the first time, such as strength and sometimes anger, and it is interesting that you won't get bored no matter which one you watch. The original story on the web is also good, but even when I read it, I thought it was interesting.

A cranky old man from the countryside meets former swordplay disciples who have gained strength in the royal capital and have become splendid, and he gets into various troubles. For some reason, all of those disciples were girls. My parents in the countryside have been kicked out saying they shouldn't come back until they bring their wife. Are they really going to be selected from among these?

I can't stop being excited. I enjoy watching it every week. There is an original novel, but I got Comicalize first. A picture of Haz without movement captures a moment and depicts movements that would not catch the eye... Shonen comics are amazing.

Comicalization of the novel of the same name. The original is a multimedia work that has also been animated. Although the story hasn't changed in general, the details are slightly different from the original. The story is about an old swordsman from the countryside who was unknown, and his teaching method was top notch, so a famous apprentice picked him up, and his ability became known to the world. Male characters also appear, but it's a bit disappointing that all of the apprentices are women. Comicalize is “amazing” in a nutshell. You can see the movement better than the poor picture-story show anime. They are good at splitting frames and guiding their gaze. It's a first-class action comic, and it's enough to read through about 5 volumes nonstop. It seems interesting even after that, and I'm looking forward to the future. As an action comic, there are no complaints ★ 5.
