1. it's a forbidden affair/love
2. it also centres the relationship tensions between siblings/twins
3. how the MC's confidence changes with the experiences
4. dynamics of the sex life of couples
5. there are certain hints of (slightly) yandere characters which builds suspension

- Lost in the sauce: way more than just a netorare (but also a netorare)
- This title takes no time getting right into the sauce. Taking a fresh twist on the identical twin trope AND adding in a cheating drama puts this on a level we've really never seen before. The dynamic between the characters is convincing, and the author is really good at giving the characters enough personality to make you question what the characters should be doing in these situations as they play out. The exploration of self-loathing, inability to be true to one's self, and all the other issues that follow make this something that goes way beyond the basic "netorare" cheating trope.
