- Cancellations for our Premium membership can only be requested on the MangaPlaza website, accessed via browser. Instructions can be found here.
Requests for cancellation submitted through any other means (such as email) will not be accepted. Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation request is not submitted properly though the MangaPlaza website.
