I did not receive a reply to my inquiry.(For users with an iCloud email address): If you send us an inquiry using an iCloud email address, replies from MangaPlaza's customer support team may not be delivered properly. If you notice that you have not received a reply from us within 7 days of when you sent your inquiry, please try the following steps.

1. Check the [News] section on your MangaPlaza account.
If you are able to log in to your MangaPlaza account, please check [News] from the three lines in the upper left corner after logging in to your account. We may have left you a message regarding your inquiry.

2. Check to see if you have enough storage space left in your iCloud.
Since iCloud stores not only email data, but also data from other apps and backups, there is a possibility that your iCloud storage is full.

3. Make sure your iCloud Mail is turned on on your device.
You will not receive emails if your iCloud Mail is turned off.

4. Check your spam folder.
iCloud Mail automatically filters the emails you receive and may block certain emails or categorize them as spam.
*Please note that emails in your spam folder will be automatically deleted 30 days after you receive them.

If you still do not receive a reply, please send us an inquiry again using an email address with a domain other than iCloud.
