Love The Twists

Enjoyed the story for the twists that occurred to Ayaha! So eye opening how much she could worry about offending someone, anxiety at work and the her childhood friend Kai. Both characters were so cute together.

Sweet

This was a sweet love story about two child friends reconnecting and falling in love. The illustrations were great and I enjoyed how the story unfolded.

Sweet story

This review contains spoilers. It was a sweet story, but it was a regular story for the ‘woman not sure if the man is genuinely interested’ trope.
The stalker and the malicious poster were obvious, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t any mystery around it.

Cute but the FL needs to have a spine

I think the story itself is quite cute and I enjoyed reading it, but I found myself wishing the FL would stop being such a pushover. Getting really tired of reading stories where the FL is helpless and can’t make proper decisions and just sits around waiting for people to save her. If that’s your kind of FL, you’ll probably enjoy this, but not for me.

A cute story that’s pretty quick and easy to read. No big drama. Sad we don’t get to see more of their relationship though.

This review contains spoilers. The setup made it easy to get into the story and root for the FL. But somewhere around the halfway mark onwards, it started becoming tedious to follow. It was incident after incident happening to her, and the first culprit was too easy to identify. I feel it could've been better with a more balanced story if the ML also faced some challenges that she could help him out on, especially since a key point was how she used to protect him a lot when they were kids -- I felt a big disconnect on this as she's so different as an adult. Sure they mature but if she was still half as assertive would've made the story more engaging. She got increasingly annoying in how she was passive and non-communicative towards the end.

I give it 3.5 stars because the police theme is kinda rare, the ML is cool (so I wish we could've gotten to know him better), the art is pretty nice, and the story was kept short with good pacing. In fact, it was packed, just could've been packed with better arcs. I wouldn't have minded an additional few chapters if we could swap one of the FL's arcs with one more arc for the ML!

Decent.

I guess this was cute. Decent pacing, but the twists were a little predictable. FL was kind of infuriating. Great art, but I wouldnt have bought this.
