Girl…This review contains spoilers. Yuzu is sweet and I understand she has low self esteem because of her family but I wish she would wise up a bit. How many times is she going to be tricked by such obvious lies and traps?

BeautifulQuite typical with the softspoken, scarred fl and the tough, stone faced ml that comes to the rescue - but still very good at that. I like the universe it paints up for you. Beautifully drawn!

Interesting story, love the art style.I like the art style and story, from what I have read it is really good, though common tropes. My problem is the cost per chapter, should instead have it priced as a whole, not chapter by chapter, and priced reasonably, because doing it chapter by chapter it will wind up over $50 at the rate it is going, and I am definitely not willing to pay over $20 total to read a book/manga, that is just outrageous and insane.

totally wort investingThe Ogre’s Bride took me by surprise. At first, I thought it would be a typical monster romance, but it’s way more emotional and beautifully told than I expected.
The story follows a human girl who’s forced to marry an ogre, and while it sounds like a dark fantasy setup, it quickly becomes something deeper—about trust, acceptance, and finding love in the most unexpected places. The ogre isn’t some cruel beast; he’s kind, respectful, and honestly more human than most human characters I’ve read.
The art has this soft, almost storybook quality that fits the emotional tone perfectly. And the romance? Slow, sweet, and surprisingly touching.

LovelyNothing groundbreaking here but it's lovely to see the characters evolve together. The story has enough compelling elements that I want to keep reading it! Overall a nice concept, it's like seeing how Cinderella lives after she gets with the prince

It's cuteDefinitely set in the genre of girl with horrible parents and spoiled sibling gets rescued by her prince. Where I've read up to feels like her sister and parents get what they deserve but I'm hoping there will be more answers to the ayakashi people.

Cute but aimlessReally cute but feels like it's lacking a little plot substance, and when issues do arise for the leads they get resolved a bit too fast- only to happen over again just a chapter later.
Don't get me wrong, I smashed through it and love the world of the story. I just wish it was a bit more expanded in terms of plot and exposition.
20 chapters felt like they went by way too fast

Upto ch 28 and it's.. gettingAnnoying. Seriously can't they get properly married and go bit beyond kisses? And the cats and mini ogres hardly made an appearance...would we read fantasy if it became all filled with greedy humans like in real life??? Annoying.

First ChapterSo good! First, it's set in modern day, which a surprise for me, but a good one. Second, her relationship with her friends and grandparents are super cute. I like the brides being found amongst humans and look forward to learning more about this world. Also the art of her at the end, on the bridge with her arm and dress was super cool.

Ok so farI've read through chapter 10 and I'm not entirely hooked yet but might continue reading. The mc is almost a little too helpless in my eyes right now and even thought a bit of time has passed in the story (off screen/time jump style) it doesn't really feel like much has actually happened
