A nice read

It's a stead and nice read so far, only a few chapters in, but i enjoy it. I enjoy the female lead and her friends' support.

It’s very well written and avoids certain annoying tropes. Everyone feels like a real person. I recommend it!

Highly recommend

This one is another trash fiancee and you think FL is a pushover. BUT you see that the FL has been told to be that way by Queen. And yes the trash also has his reasons (not good enough to make you like him) for acting like trash.

Thankfully FL wakes up and takes action. Great read highly recommend

This manga was unexpectedly nice to read. The FL is very likable and the story so far seems interesting. Definitely give it a read, it's worth your time.

More complicated than it seemed!

I am 100% in favor of the new way the manga has turned, and I commend the author for writing something than the usual cliche!

It's pretty good tbh

I'm normally sceptical of stories like this since it's almost always softly spoken women who bend over backwards for the one they love, and I think it's a weak trope at best; I like this protagonist, she seems to have a backbone and it's refreshing

Political woes and Romantic angst!!!!!!

I absolutely couldn't stop once I started! An igenue with the student body, a detestable queen and a contemptuous fiancé against her --- it's one for the favorites list!!!!!!!!!

Go Beatrice go

The FL Beatrice is so lovable, intelligent and strong. This story is very refreshing to read, and although I feel bad for some characters I also don't and wish them the best as the story unfolds.
The ML is so charismatic and cool headed, I can't help but be a fan of him.

A classic well written plot

Every body expects the other girl to take the fiance but this story skips that idea entirely. With well timed flashbacks and very good world building this story is a refreshing take on an old trope.

actual lovable protagonist

I usually don’t like romance protags, I find them all to be kinda annoying, generic, and boring, and they make a ton of frustrating and stupid decisions. They get manipulated very easily and take too long to stand up for themselves.

This series is so, so refreshing. Right off the bat, I was really intrigued by Beatrice. She’s very kind and well spoken, but more importantly, she’s very intelligent. She has a strong backbone and it’s satisfying to see her recognize and call out manipulation. She politely doesn’t take sh*t from annyone and stands her ground.

After all his behavior, I was certain they weren’t going to be able to make me sympathize for Ernest. Like I knew there was a tragic backstory reason for him acting like this, but I was so sure it wasn’t going to be good enough for me to feel bad for him. Surprisingly, it did. I don’t excuse his actions and I don’t forgive him, but I sympathize for his situation.

I kinda genuinely didn’t even care very much about the ‘better guy’ love interest. He’s fine, nice, all that, very supportive of Beatrice.

I don’t read this one for the romance, I read it for Beatrice <3

Love it

My favourite story on manga plaza so far. Relatable protagonist and strong messages to the reader. I love a woman who is both vulnerable but also very aware of her worth and strives to find happiness. I look forward to more chapters.

Really enjoyable read!

I really touching story about breaking out of a bad relationship. The artwork is very pretty, the protagonist is very much enjoyable and the story is very well paced.

Amazing and engaging plot throughout

A beautiful story of learning to love oneself and recognize self worth, while also having compassion and realizing that those who hurt you may not have wanted to in the first place. It explores all sides of the story, and exposes the real villain- The person who spread their cruel and ruthless behaviour unti others when vulnerable. This has amazing messages that can be used in real world circumstances, and could almost act as a critique of how many people go about things. This is the only story Ive thought worth buying so far! Hopefully I didnt spoil anything!
