    Nice art
This review contains spoilers. I like how there’s spicy parts hehe. I also appreciate that the male lead doesn’t have a misunderstanding over FL that drags on for 50+ chapters. Our FL is intelligent too, and you can start to see ML falling for her once the misunderstanding clears up. Looking forward to reading more :)

    Cute not Cheesy
Great artwork and engaging storyline. There's an age gap between them, but she's 24 and he's in his early 30s so it's digestible. I like the character development so far

There are some big TW, otherwise good
This review contains spoilers. Quite a good theme, not so mainstream. There should be TW (r*pe is the big one). Without that the story would be quite good and there will be some plot twist I can guess.

    Lovely art
I like the art and the story isn't as bad as some make it seem, starts off sloppy from the ML but I'm interested in seeing if they can finally communicate properly in the end. It's nice to see more background about the characters over time. I hope to see more character development.

  • It gets bad by chapter and not uploaded regularly
In every love-hate relationship there's a change at this point but here she has zero idea what she wants and keeps being indecisive like which of them do you want girl? For a business woman she surely takes too long, the story lacks excitement and is repetitive with no clear development on her side. And the author takes way to much time between chapters better wait until it is finished.

The ML at first seems like a bad guy but he's showing a kinder heart now...

Pulls you into an intriguing era
I love the world building and the heroine right out of the gate. The main protagonist is veiled, and I'm invested in seeing his character development and finding his place in the story, the military, and his own family.

    Sweet but Sudden
This review contains spoilers. Was a little spooked when they got married when she was 16 and he was 24, but they do an eight year time skip and everything is fine again, since they don’t meet until the end of that skip. And then my dude does start their relationship off with an assault, but it’s apparent where that comes from and he swiftly realizes his mistake. But all that aside, it’s a cute story. The characters are interesting, but clearly well paired, and will make a lovely couple when they do fall in love. The art is pretty and the story compelling. Overall, a good manga. Points off for the assault though.

Wish I could read the light novel. Look forward to the rest of this manga.

    He really believed the rumors
This review contains spoilers. I hate that this supposed intelligent man didn't bother to investigate if the rumors about our girl were even true and just straight up rapes her because of her rumored reputation. Other than that disgusting start, I'm enjoying the story and how our male lead is slowly falling for our girl snd seeing how badass she is.

Too long to arrive to the truth.
We want to get some surprises but it does not mean many plots around the bush. Just kick it!
Lus, the episode are getting short

    Will wait and See...
This review contains spoilers. The fact that the ML believed the rumors without question and just went for it doesn't help his case, I do have a favorable impression of the MC though so I will continue reading and see how the story progresses.

Story is not worth the price
As one reviewer has pointed out, the amount of money you have to pay upfront just to find out that this basically looks to be a rehash of every Japanese romdrama that prioritises patriarchal desire and posits female attractiveness and virginity as more valuable than action and self-determination. "A smart woman is worthless if she isn't pure" kind of mentality.

The writing demonstrates that the FL is smart, dependable and witty. And all that writing is going to waste because, as everyone knows, having constant (dubious noncon) relations makes you fall in love.

    Starts good. But that's it
Warning to anyone thinking of reading-there is ML essentially ra*es FL. Made it to chapter 12. The poor FL has been abused, mistreated and had rumors spread about her due to her looks since highschool. The ML seemed like he was coming around but he is controlling and does not care about sexual consent. He seems lustful towards her but but does not care what she wants. No longer interested in seeing where this train wreck goes

    Rape culture at its best
To believe that in 2024, we still have works of fiction promoting rape culture and s***shaming…
Male lead hears rumors that his newlywed wife is a w***. And then, she has the audacity to ask for divorce, how shameless ! So to give her a good lesson, he decides to be a real brute on their wedding night, basically raping her, using sex to humiliate her. It is only in the morning, when he realizes that his new wife was a virgin that it occurs to him that maybe, he wasn’t really correct. Yes, because of course, had she not been a virgin, she would totally have deserved the disrespect and mistreatment, everyone knows that a woman’s value relies on her virginity and that only virgins deserve to be treated with respect. So to apologize, he tells her that he’s glad that she’s physically and mentally okay (because of course, since the male lead is hot and the scene is drawn erotically, then it’s not rape, right, so why should the female lead feel traumatized or hurt).
They also make a bet : basically, he has three months to impregnate her and if he succeeds, she’ll give up divorce. So then begins their married life, with him treating her as a sex toy everyday, not caring if this makes uncomfortable or if really wants. And I can already guess the guilt-trip and angst we’ll get when he finds out she’s been taking contraception. I went on to see if his behavior would be adressed but oh, disappointment…
What kills me the most is that there actually female readers falling for this…

    Price is ridiculous
$22 to read this? Are you serious, right now? That much money for what. Each page has no more than 15 words on it. I started to read, an was liking it, till I saw that it will cost me $2 a page basically. Forget that. I keep reading my books.
