The Face of My Father

At first, it starts with deciding to take revenge on his father, but as the story progresses later, Torfin grows up, and I feel like he is acting like his father whom he admired. It's not just a revenge story, but a story about the growth of one boy against the backdrop of history.

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It's a story about people living in the ocean, when it was cruel, but it was real. I wasn't good at the design, but it was so impressive that I wanted to read more, and before I knew it, time went by...

Close to philosophy

This work often depicts life and death. There are times when I don't feel refreshed, but I can clearly understand what human emotions are just like.

面白い

interesting

I learned about it from the anime. At first, I thought it was cluttered and hard to read, but gradually I was drawn in. Wow, I only know the middle of it, but I want to read it until the end

It's interesting.

However, the main character is earnestly thinking about defeating his father's enemies. they're thinking about defeating enemies, but why are they friends? I really think, but the main thing is to stay close in order to make that promise in order to fight fairly and honestly... but Vikings and the like... came out. When I read it, I was excited about the historical background and it became painful. There is always a real human being.

Vikings, that's a strong image

It's unimaginable on such a grand scale. I know there are Vikings and the like in Europe, but it's rare that it was set in something like that.

The pictures are good and easy to read. There are also scenes that are a bit cruel, but it makes me read on as if I were watching a movie. I'm curious about the continuation!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. I got stuck in the anime, but the anime ended, and I was curious about the future and read the original story. The main character, Torfin, had her father die right in front of her eyes when she was a child, and she grew up acting together with her enemies in order to defeat her father's enemies, but those enemies were also attacked by others... I didn't know much about Europe or the Vikings, so I'm glad I was able to learn about it through this anime and manga.

This review contains spoilers. I read it when I was in middle school, and I stopped reading it when Asherad was beaten by Knut. Recently, I was somehow worried about the continuation, so when I asked about the recent situation, I would like to continue reading again and again, it seems like Thorfin has grown quite a bit

It's painful. There will be a lot of fuss all the time.

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The anime was playing on TV and I was interested. An unreasonable development will forever leave me feeling confused. I don't like the prince, the main character, or the first boss, and I can't forgive them. I don't sympathize with Torfin, who is the main character for the time being. Why would you do this? is that because it's painful, I don't understand at all, and even when I'm an adult I'm reflecting on it? It's confusing.. I have so much empathy for the villagers who were killed that I can't forgive the protagonists at all. The story is easy to understand and interesting. And it's probably made by thinking about the flow, but every time I think about it, the mess remains forever, and it's painful. It's lightly traumatic. Also, why are you getting married in the latest edition? You promised to die later, right? At least if you're feeling sorry for killing innocent people, why don't you get married? How do you feel like a female hunter? Then it became even more fuzzy. I want them to properly fulfill their responsibilities at the end

面白い

interesting

Like Berserk, this is a comic that the author has been drawing for many years. You can clearly see that expressions and ways of drawing change with age. I like both in the past and now, and it's honestly interesting, but the current flow of how to draw is so peaceful that I feel a little uncomfortable

It's interesting

This is the manga I'm most addicted to right now!! I want people who don't usually read manga to read it too! The life of the main character, Torfin, is interesting. It's also a historical comic depicting the Vikings in the early 11th century, but you can also enjoy clothes, ship designs, and how people live. Both the story and the pictures are carefully drawn. It was broadcast as an anime, but manga is definitely better. If you are interested in anime, I definitely want you to read it.

Anyway, a sense of tension

Was life so close to death during the Viking era!! I'm overwhelmed. Since there are only simple weapons, the sense of distance between battles with enemies is extra close, and I'm reading it with excitement. It just shows off the protagonist's power to live.
