The uniqueness of the story

It's such a profound story that you can't enjoy in other works. You can realistically feel the growth of the protagonist and the social nature and values of that era.

I'm looking forward to the next volume!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. Finally, the pioneers reached their new land, and Torfin and the others began building a village. Indigenous people were observing the situation, but direct contact took place at the end. As a bonus, you can watch a comic in collaboration with Assassin's Creed. Avor is cool!

大河

Taiga

There are a lot of insanely cool old Vikings coming out! If you enjoy Taiga dramas and Game of Thrones, I think you'll like this one too.

From anime

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The anime was so good that the original one too. Asherad is still good! At first, I had empathy for the main character, Torfin, so I thought “I don't like this guy” due to the cruelty and greed of Asherad, who is the enemy of his parents, but gradually I was attracted to his smarts and nobility. I wanted them to continue their journey with Torfin.

A spectacular work

At first, it seems that it was published in a shonen manga magazine, but after it was published in an adult magazine, the atmosphere changed, and I think the seriousness increased in a good sense. It is an epic work with themes such as life and love.

I'm addicted to it since the TV version

I think comics that are close to the historical background of this period are rare, and it becomes even more interesting when you look up history and find out that they are close to historical facts

If it were a world like this

If I survive in this kind of world, I wonder if I can kill people so easily... and I feel that a small amount of happiness is something I'm thankful for

An epic story

It's deep. The story is complicated, but the more you read, the more interesting it is. The characters are also carefully drawn one by one, which is very attractive. I'm worried about the continuation, and it seems like adults will buy it...

Very interesting!

I learned about it from the anime and read the original! It's really interesting. I often get such difficult topics. I also thought of Attack on Titan, but comics are suitable for drawing big worlds, and I thought that writers who are good at expressing them are really amazing. I learned about Scandinavia and England in the olden days, so it's also a learning experience!

Overwhelmingly fun

I started with anime and read up to the latest edition. Volumes 9 to 13, which are turning points in the story, were plain yet overwhelmingly interesting as human dramas. The number of gags increased from around volume 14, and the atmosphere changed slightly, but it was stable and fun. I definitely want them to do season 2 of the anime too!

You won't know the true value of this work until you keep reading

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The anime is over, isn't it? It's a film full of murder scenes that don't seem to be the successor program to The Lion and Piano Forest in March, but I'm convinced why this work was selected... Gandhi also became unbearably irresistible as the story progresses. Please keep reading up to that point.

It would be great if it didn't get bogged down and didn't procrastinate

It's a very interesting comic, but that was the case with Planetes, but I'm dissatisfied that Gudda procrastinated and the development was so slow. If it progresses at a better tempo, I think it will be a very interesting comic. as it is now, it seems like it will be over 200 volumes by the time it goes to the North American continent lol lol

From anime

It was interesting to watch from the anime, so if you read the manga, it's actually funny and interesting, and the dolphins are especially cool!
