The description is rather self explanatoryWhile music manga is hard to connect with as you can't hear what the song they are playing sounds like, this story looks like a rather rhythmic read.

Fate works in mysterious waysIf I had to guess, I would say that they clearly disbanded because Mr Haba had to take over the IT company and that is why he's not very enthusiastic about his job because he wants to be performing music instead, but you're gonna have to read more to see what the reason really is!
