Like Nausicaa

It's a fictional story like Nausicaa directed by Hayao Miyazaki, but the pictures are precise and the story is solid, so it's realistic, and you can get into the story in an instant. Before I knew it, I was addicted to it!

In a world with dragons

A fantasy story about a group traveling in a world where dragons exist. It depicts their lives as they continue their journey while hunting dragons. Dragon dishes are often served, so the atmosphere is a bit like an otherworldly gourmet food.

It's interesting

The pattern is certainly that, but I got carried away with the story and read it. Dragons are kind of grotesque, though. ... are there white whales too?

entertaining

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The world view of a world where people live with dragons is interesting. The drawings are also detailed, and there are many attractive characters. The food looks delicious in many ways, but the human pattern is the most interesting.

I decided to buy the manga itself

After a long absence, I came across a work that I thought would be good to leave interesting. It reminds me of the Ghibli lineage, and I like that too. This is a work I want you to read.

I cried... ‼ ︎

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The settlement of the latest edition, the Vanie episode, made me cry, and although I don't usually write reviews, I review them unintentionally. It was a series of amazing scenes and lines, and I was so busy with emotion, admiration, emotion... Below are spoilers that include quotes from the lines. “We must not sacrifice anyone's life for politics or war anymore” and “what the new arena aims for is a city (town) where everyone can live their own lives as a matter of course.” Borrowed in the form of this speech to citizens, these are strong words of affirmation that “The Maiden to Save the Country” will live her own life. The person in question who uttered this line later said that it was a “well-made dialect that was improvised,” but that included it and made them say very universal ideals like this. My heart trembled unexpectedly with the author's ability. “OK? You're not the center of the world! The world would go around without you!” “So Vanie can live for herself,” Vanie's best friend, Zita, said. Among Queen Zaza, there is also Takita's presence, and Vanny is positioned as a calm older sister. As mentioned in the introduction at the beginning, “Cool Beauty” doesn't show much emotion, so there are aspects where it is difficult for readers to empathize, but due to the presence of this tweeter, it is more directly conveyed that Vanie is also a woman with weaknesses and worries, making it much easier to empathize. The scene where Zita sees off Vanie's departure is really amazing, and it's like a scene from a movie. If there is a movie version, I definitely want to watch this series of episodes. What is moving is the scene where Vanny, who has returned to Quinn Zaza, tears at the exchange between Mika and Takita as usual. It completely made me cry, saying, “That was already good, Vanny, that was really good...” It was the latest edition that made me think I'm glad I kept buying this comic. We will continue to support you!

Dear Vanie!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. When Vanie's origin was revealed and it made me wonder if this has already left, I'm so relieved to have settled down. From the first volume, I fell in love with Vanie's dignified appearance at first sight and chased him this far, so it was jarring. I wouldn't be able to tell this story without Vanie!

Everyday life?

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The atmosphere of the picture was similar to my favorite Nausicaa, so I read it. It's nice that all the characters are nice people. I am also keenly aware of the importance of life.

They tend to be compared to other works, but they are completely different and have a unique sense of fun. There is also a story for each character, and it's a good, careful work.

interesting

Even though dragons appeared and there were lots of fantasy elements, it was a comic that strangely had reality about life. The fun gradually comes, so I definitely want you to read it.

Catch and eat

Read volume 1, empty version of Dungeon Meal? it's like that? There is not a single type of dragon, but there are various ecological dragons, and they risk their lives to chase them, catch them, cook them, eat them, and sell their skin and oil. Is it a human drama about the work of hunters? I enjoyed reading it because I like hunting stuff and the cooking process. It made me want to watch anime too. And whales want to eat it...

Every detail has been carefully depicted, and it's amazing!! I've seen Gi-ri's work written on it in various places, but if you read it properly, it's completely different, and I think you can feel the author's commitment and sensibility! The story is also exciting and I love it!!

that sounds interesting!

It feels like an adventure story with a Studio Ghibli worldview. An imaginary dragon dish came out and it looked delicious! I'd like to try it with chicken or something.

I like the view of the world

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. People who like adventure are addicted to it! There are a lot of people who say they have a false sense, but I think they were influenced by it, but I think it's a completely different thing! It's exciting to see Mika and the others catching dragons on the Quin Zaza and traveling together. Each character has its own flavor, and I really love this comic!
