Reviews for What Did You Eat Yesterday? Manga

The story, which unfolds with character settings and lots of recipes, was fresh and fun to read. There are elements that can also be enjoyed as BL manga, and the realism of working couples is interesting. It's a story that not only depicts the couple's LOVE; it's a story that consists of various elements that overlap over many layers, so it's fun to read it by changing your perspective for each character. I want to read the couple's meal when they become elderly! I'm delusional.

The casual everyday lives of lawyers and hairdressers, casual food that can be made normally, there are no exaggerated descriptions, but they are slowly interesting.

Try making it and it's delicious! It's natural. The recipe in this manga describes the process until all the menus are ready, so I was very happy with my poor skills! The time to cook food with other recipes has been shortened, and you want to become a better cook?

I was interested in cooking, but recently, I'm satisfied with just the depiction that these two are on good terms. A partner you can trust is important, isn't it?

The picture is beautiful and the meal looks really delicious! I cooked for the first time in a long time since I read this comic.

The food that comes out looks delicious every time! Also, it's a really tasty story about a couple between men (o^~^o) when I make it, but there are only a few, so be sure to read it if you are interested. I arrange Kenji's miso ramen and eat it a lot!

That's right, Yoshinaga Fumi!! The food looks delicious, and it's a story you won't get tired of! It's definitely a work that doesn't make you think it's “boring.”

The daily life of a hairdresser and lawyer living together. The recipe that comes up is realistic and looks delicious. It's a homosexual couple, so be careful if you don't like it. But it feels like a lifestyle comic without getting too involved in romance. It's moderately carefree and easy to read.

It probably doubles as a hobby, but it's hard for housewives to work together and save even more by arranging main dishes and side dishes so well. It's a homosexual story, but it's probably because both Shiro-san and Kenji are pretty old, and there are no strangely muddy or erotic elements, so I think it's easy for men to read.

Good story and characters. And it's great as a recipe book. The main character's setup is good, and the details are depicted in detail, so you can just imitate him. Just by reading it, I can predict that this will be delicious. And as expected, it's delicious! Assembling a menu is also a learning experience. It's an everyday meal, so I think this kind of food is really suitable and good. I've written the menu for that volume on the back of the book so I can search for it quickly. And I put it in the kitchen. I enjoy reading material in my free time. There is also a sense of the season, so I make things from the same season. It's nice that it's quick to make. It feels like it's not difficult and quick to make without cutting corners. Oshiruko, kiriboshi daikon stew, hijiki simmered dishes, and grilled chicken are often made with this recipe. The main character likes side dishes, so there are a lot of side dishes that are a little bit on it, and there are many that are easy to make, which is helpful. I want them to add a recipe index too!

I thought dramas were interesting, but comics were also really interesting. I'm glad it conveyed a unique atmosphere.

But it's not until I finish reading the content until I go to the next volume (laughs) I want them to go to the next volume with the next trailer and back cover... I often think the lines are long and the way they speak is unique, but I got used to it quite a bit. I just want to reread it regularly. After that, it makes me want to cook carefully.

He's an artist who draws a lot, really. With eating as a keyword, it starts with everyday shopping, and various episodes highlight the lives of two people who are in a relationship. Family, work, food. I can't help but read it as a daily menu manga.

As expected, this is Yoshinaga-sensei's work. Not to mention meal recipes, the feelings and backgrounds of gays have been carefully depicted since they were not recognized as much as they are now, and detailed depictions that make it seem that the world of lawyers and hairdressers was also properly covered, and it's just as expected. There are so many lines that it's hard to read, and there are lots of places to laugh, so it just draws me in.

Yoshinaga sensei has an image of the bubble period. It's eating and drinking, you like BL... play it over, eat it down, and go back to square one and make this work? The protagonist's anguish that isn't subtly understood? It's laughable.

Eating and living. They look so much better than the two of them. Of course, there are things that are difficult to come to terms with, but I really like how they live while swallowing so many things by being together.

Various menus will be introduced according to various episodes of the cohabitation life of the two old men. Episodes that happen because they live together and episodes of people around them. It's a story about relaxing, warm, and everyday time. Uchino Seiyo's acting is also very good in dramas!

The everyday lives of gay couples are spelled out, and the episodes are heartwarming and relaxing. The cooking recipes are particularly good! Of course, it's delicious, but the steps for actually making 2 to 3 items on the dinner menu are depicted in an easy way, and it's very helpful. I learned about it from other works, but I was convinced that the author seemed to be quite particular about food.

It was a pretty deep story and I liked the drama, so I started reading Man's one too. The cast, especially Kenji, looks just like the original! I was surprised. The characters remain the same, and even faces that I didn't think were similar at first gradually seem similar... Shiro-san is a good cook and always makes meals with skill, but I like Kenji's cooking once in a while. I love Kenji, who is energetic and playful.
