We see in depth both sides of the male and female lead, their perspectives and thoughts. Once I started I couldn’t put the story down. I look forward to reading more. The art work is beautiful and the characters have depth that helps you relate to them as well as see how they relate to one another.(5)

The world building is shockingly thorough I love the mix of romance and mages, its such a fun experience especially since I feel the mix is uncommon and both aspects are well written. I don't really like student teacher relationships in stories but this one is so wild I wouldn't exactly call it's "adorable" or "wholesome" but it's fun and steamy lol
Update:
Now that I finished it I can say that was the most involved I have felt in a romance manga in a long time. The world building the characters chef kiss! If you're looking for something steamy with lore this is the series(3)

I really like the plot, where her magic turns her to stone to protect her because she can't bear to hurt anyone else, where he would just explode and destroy people instead of let himself be hurt. I hope she can return his feelings, but 20 years of waiting for her to become human again after being a statue really messed him up! He keeps her prisoner, seduces her mercilessly. She doesn't know what 20 years was like because as a statue it was just a blink before that he was her 12 year old student. I'm suspicious of this butler though idk why lmao - ah and the steamy scenes are pretty hot 🔥(1)

Believable relationships? Surprisingly yes.
Incredible art? Yup.
Interesting world? That too.
But it's also just remarkably deep too.
With a yandere lead, and the initial relationship between the ML and FL being one of a guardian and child, at first brush it seems like there's a high risk of ickiness, but in reality it's a really interesting and deep exploration of a evolving, loving relationship. It interrogates how love forms, the delineation between love and obsession, and the theme of loving someone for who they are vs. the literal and figurative version of them you've put on a pedestal.(3)
