Read in full with premiumMost manga that gets licensed and published in English nowadays are the series currently airing in Japanese magazines. Whether they are trying to keep up with the modern era or are just simply thinking that manga from 10 or so years ago is complete and outdated now, well it isn't. So finding manga like this, from the early 2000s is a nice change of pace.

An overly energetic girl who won't stop once her mind is made up and a cool guy who isn't cold but keeps his distance, their lives inter-mingle and with a supernatural twist.
