"Are you going on an arranged marriage meeting?" he asks, referring to a conversation with her mother. Then, completely out of the blue, he adds, "If you are open to anyone, how about me, as your marriage partner?"
With that sudden proposal, the sweet and innocent story of an earnest couple awkwardly falling in love begins.
