Yui laments his life despite being a candidate to take over the Todo Family, one of the largest Yakuza families in the Osaka area. He was separated from his older brother, Kazumi, when they were children, he has never stopped waiting for him. When he finally finds him, he's become the young head of the rival Joshima family in Tokyo.
However, Yui finds that instead of him, Kazumi has another by his side... I've never read the original "High School Boy and Yakuza," but after reading this, I had to give it a read! The start can be a little confusing if you haven't read the original series, but even without it, it's well worth the read! Only a yakuza could tame another! The juxtaposition between these tough yakuza and their nonchalant attitudes is really fun. Yui is solely focused on his brother, but little did he know that his brother's underling, Ryo, would force open his heart... among other things...
