Welcome to the inner palace, where only the most skilled and diligent maids are stationed to wait on the king's consorts and their children. Fina Scalchi is one such maid. Then one evening, when the general visits Fina's room, he mistakenly partakes in her precious aphrodisiac! Unable to bear the sight of him in his heated state, she aids him...in quelling his fervor. But as a result of their close-quarters contact, a sense of possessiveness begins to take hold of the general...!

Beautiful art style and exciting storyThis review contains spoilers. I was intrigued after reading the first chapter. The art is beautiful and the characters are very well written. The love interest is interesting, affectionate and the romance doesn't happen in the first chapters, it builds up and the love scenes are short. Everything feels very romantic, so much it warms your heart. The female lead is witty and intelligent, she fights back, I love that! Totally recommend!

Not what I expectedThe title, cover, and art style made this story look ridiculous. I thought it would be cheesy and overdone, but it actually hooked me. The main character (I love Fina), story, and character development are all wonderfully done and I am looking forward to reading more! It really manages to stand out from other series.

Sassy Female Lead, Let's Go!Honestly, the sassy female lead should be enough of a reason to read this! I also appreciate that despite being an R-18 work, it doesn't jump into the adult content right away.
