Story :
Adeline, daughter of an earl, was offered an engagement from the Dragonkin Realm. They wanted her to be the "Mate" for the third prince.
All Dragonkins have to find their "Mate" and take them to their castle built on the floating island and live together, although their lifespans might be different.
Adeline was fragile...she could hear that everyone in the castle criticized her as someone not worth being the Mate to the prince. Even the prince himself seemed to hate her. She ended her miserable life by someone's poison.
250 years after, Adeline was born to the same world. And again, she received an invitation from the Dragonkin for a ball to find their Mate. She tries to run away...not knowing that there was a secret beyond this invitation.

Hooked on it!The plot keeps thickening and unfolding all at the same time. I can’t wait for each update! I love trying to solve the mysteries.

Un début prometteurDès les premiers chapitres, The Dragon Prince's Ill-Mated Betrothal pose les bases d'une romance intense et pleine de mystères. L'histoire s'ouvre sur un mariage arrangé entre le prince dragon et l'héroïne, une union qui semble vouée à l'échec... ou du moins semée d'embûches. L'auteur parvient rapidement à capter l'attention avec une révélation majeure qui bouleverse totalement la dynamique entre les deux protagonistes. Ce twist inattendu laisse présager une évolution riche en conflits, en émotions et, peut-être, en sentiments inattendus.

AddictingI love the way everything is being laid out. It's different fromt a lot of the other stories I've read so far, and I'm looking forward to thr next update!
