A Lady Must Know How to Kiss

This review contains spoilers. I thought it was ok. I didn’t like how the guy basically forced her to change who she was to fit into a world that abandoned her and then acts like she should be grateful for it. He even told her that he didn’t want to marry a girl who was like an emotionless doll but then trains her to almost be exactly like them?

Thankfully she kept her personality and emotions, and his teachings did allow her to mend things with her mother. I laughed my butt off when she actually punched him, it’s refreshing to see a protagonist who actually follows through with their wish to punch someone instead of just silently wishing they could in their head. I also love that she never told him she loves him despite him constantly telling her to say it, she just kept telling him she hated him 😂


All in all, an okay-ish read
