    serizawa IS stylish and satisfying
It's a sweet and casual romance story with sharp, eye-catching art and good writing!
Sakurai's dynamic with her coworkers is lovely, and I am so enthralled reading about the work-life troubles of different people in this story. I can't help but love Sakurai and her co-workers and how they work together.

Serizawa's takedowns are fantastic, and sososo satisfying to behold, and he's a kind (if maybe too straightforward) man that I keep rooting for.

Just ok, not much romance so far, small font
This review contains spoilers. I'm just starting chapter 15 and it's just ok so far but the romantic relationships haven't really moved forward at all.

After the initial intro of the potential love interest, the story seems to focus more on the characters as coworkers navigating office politics/culture and bonding over that than their potential romantic relationship.

There are some sections that are just like walls of text that keep reiterating the same thing over and over from previous chapters about the new "villain-employee-of-the-week" 's attitude or work ethic. I find myself skimming and skipping over some of these parts and it doesn't help that the font size is kinda small.

Review Spotlight!

Nittsu
Office Drama, This Man is About to Ruin Your Whole Career
Serizawa is one of those characters you look at a description of and think, "That would make a cute one-off I guess." But then you read this manga, and it just keeps doing more to scratch some sort of itch I can't quite explain. It isn't revenge, but it gives you that same sort of satisfaction in conflict resolution without the maniacal parts. It isn't an office romance, but it gives you the heartwarming moments and emotional vulnerability of characters without falling into tropes. It's easy to say what this manga isn't, and somehow that makes is so many more wonderful things! If you want something entertaining without fear of reading the same tropes over and over again, then this is definitely the right read for you.
