Red roses burning in the dark?

I started reading it without knowing it was a series and noticed it along the way. It has a suspense flavor similar to the previous work “For Roses,” but I still feel that it lacks aura. The hero got divorced and fell in love to the point where he was depressed, so even though I can imagine that he felt a flame burning bright red in the dark, it didn't get through to me and my teeth were very itchy. Since we're going to be working together, I think it would have been nice to bring out the romance element a little more. We are aware that we are both attracted to each other, so it's a pity that the progress is so frustrating. Unraveling the mystery also emphasizes the meaning of the heroine being a teacher, and I have the impression that it is well-made. What's really disappointing is the epilogue, and I wanted a little more ingenuity for the fighting scene when the incident was unraveled. I don't feel like a direct scene is necessary.
