The female lead is a divorcee, yes—but she’s smart, independent, and done with games. Watching her navigate romance again, with all her past baggage and maturity, was both funny and surprisingly relatable.
The male lead is charming in a low-key way, not your usual over-the-top type, and their chemistry feels natural. There’s a lot of emotional honesty tucked between the flirty banter and awkward moments.
It’s not overly dramatic or cliché—it’s just a story about second chances and figuring out what love looks like after life didn’t go as planned.(2)
