  big family
  This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The heroine is a benefactor to the hero family, so they'll welcome them, but the hero seems to be able to do well at an English hospital, and I don't feel like there's any need to bring back a heroine who doesn't feel comfortable with Spanish back to her country. The heroine's parents also say now is the time to stop, and it's like they took their daughter and grandson, so they probably don't feel good.

  child, baby, birth

In Harlequin, a miracle happened to a woman who was told that it was difficult to have children, and I think the probability of getting pregnant is very high. Moreover, the heroine is a midwife, and the child's father is an obstetrician. When it comes to the overdone encounter and his ruthless ex-wife's treatment...

  Both of them

The hero is treated badly by his ex-wife, and the chances of the heroine getting pregnant are low... It is natural for her to be hurt by “Let's be friends” even though we finally had a child who shared our own blood. I'm glad I was able to realize that I love you at the end.
