  The point of contention
  This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The heroine's sister must have had an unexpected pregnancy too. It doesn't seem like the hero wanted children either, so they didn't want them to have children either. I'm sorry for the hero's circumstances, but not having an abortion is a right for the woman herself to decide, and it's definitely not a crime. It's unreasonable for the hero to curse her heroine sister, and since she actually gave birth, it's confusing that there isn't a proper apology for it.

  I'm buying the original author

The hero and heroine get into trouble over the mysterious older sister, but it progresses slowly and has a happy ending. Kids do the best job (laughs)
