Story :  When Annie Selby was eighteen years old, she married her respected college professor. She was widowed young, but continued to stay in Chausey, the Selby family mansion, even after her husband's death. One day the fascinating but arrogant entrepreneur Nathan Audley told her that he wanted to buy the mansion. But when Nathan met with Annie, he treated her disdainfully, believing that she had only married her late husband to inherit his estate. His assumptions made Annie tremble with anger. She would never hand over Chausey to a man that presumptuous and uncharitable! Instead she'll play the part of the horrible woman he believes her to be, and she'll drive him away!
