Story :  To provide for her younger sister, Francesca works for a wealthy woman as a live-in secretary and housekeeper. However, the job title doesn't begin to cover what the job actually entails, and the lady of the house is a callous woman who exploits Francesca's desperation. One day world-renowned heart specialist Professor Renier Pitt-Colwyn comes to the manor. Although Francesca and the professor are already acquainted, he pretends not to know her.
