The main character is a 29-year-old office lady with no boyfriend. Unbeknownst to her, "plain Jane" is the horrid nickname by which everyone around calls her. One day though, a quite handsome colleague who she's barely spoken to confesses his love for her out of nowhere. Having been played by a younger guy in the past, the main character is weary of men in general... The gentle touch of the Shojo art style in tandem with the depiction of adult romance is interesting. The later development of this manga even has attention grabbing eroticism!
