I can't redeem the coupon I want to use.: There are a few possible reasons for this.

You have not fulfilled the requirements to redeem the coupon
Each coupon has different requirements that must be fulfilled in order to redeem it. For details on the requirements, please see the coupon's details from your [Coupon Box] (accessible from the three lines on the upper left), and/or the coupon's campaign's page.

*Please note that some items such as the newest chapter may be excluded from the coupon even for eligible titles. If the coupon is not applied to a certain item in your Cart, you will not receive a discount for it.

You have already selected a different coupon
You can only use one coupon per transaction. If you are sure an item is eligible for your coupon, please make sure you have the correct coupon selected from the dropdown menu.

You are logged in to another MangaPlaza account
The coupons you have claimed can only be redeemed under the same MangaPlaza account. If you have multiple MangaPlaza accounts, please make sure you are logged in to the correct account.
