This is my definitely new favorite BL manga, it was so well balanced in terms of plot and…you know what we all came here for. I was totally mesmerized by Shishio’s playful and laid back personality and Satoru- wow. I really enjoyed the dimensions of his character and why he is the way he is under his poised and polite surface. Their dynamic and quips had my full attention and watching Shishio go from denial to questioning to fully accepting he has caught feelings for Satoru was really funny and satisfying and gives me a reason further to reread this when I feel like I want to experience the fullness in my heart that I felt on my first read again. My only real complaint is I’m a little sad it felt a bit short since I really wanted to see more of their relationship along with the duo’s initial goal of selling millions of copies, I was hungry for more! I will definitely be checking out Chiaki Kashima’s other work!
