A worthwhile read!

I just binge read all the available chapters and I have no regrets. I love how the mc took charge of her life! The childhood friend who's secretly handsome and loves our girl? Sign me up! I love how the childhood friend doesn't force his love on her and let's her decide things while supporting her revenge. Even working behind the scenes to protect her! I can't wait for more

Let it marinate

I'm going to let this one sit before deciding to continue reading. What happened to the docile, sickly empress? Is it really just an act or does she hide a fiery personality? The empress is perfectly fine acting sick in order to keep living a good life! Sure the mistress comes to taunt her loveless marriage, and she has to visit the past emperor. Anything is better than having to share a bed with the emperor- her husband! With that, the empress declares not needing the emperor's love. I just hope it stays that way after he ignores her repeatedly. Here's to no love!!

Slow courtship and misunderstandings

I like how our FL is trying to drop subtle hints she's not the other counts "daughter". Due to others mistaking her for someone else. The ML is smitten and is trying to show his affection in not the correct steps but FL is only going along so he admits she's "too good for him." That is until she gets feelings for him. What will she do when she's too afraid to admit she likes him from fear of him saying- "you tricked me!!"

This review contains spoilers. I might drop this if she ends up with her ex again. I really like the relationship she has with Koichi, it's nice and refreshing. She's able to express herself and be heard. Her ex on the other hand comes off as "I like you so you have to like me"- but only when I say it's ok. He's also controlling with how she looks and can't accept her change and was pushy towards her until saying "I'll stay friends with you", for ulterior motives.

A sweet love

This review contains spoilers. Our MC has a "first crush/love", at the office for years. When her parents told her about the matchmaker shes thrown a curve ball. Suddenly her "first love", is making moves on her. What about her heart? How can she love when it seems to be a physical relationship and the other is so sweet for her emotionally? Our MC has to come up with her own conclusions and give her voice to both parties about what she wants.

Super cute!!

This review contains spoilers. I can't believe she gets into a fake relationship with one of the guys because of the whole apartment situation. It feels like a slow burn for her finding out her feelings!! I just really want her true feelings to be heard!! Also- when is the wall going to be fixed? It feels like forever since the whole wall situation.
