I just read the first 5 chapters. I’m reading this manga not to see them end up together. I read it for the only purpose to see how they gonna redeem Souma and make him look like a good partner to Aio and make her fall in love.

Souma want a relationship with Aio, but he show no sign of being a good partner for a long term relationship. He need to be taking care for like a baby. Food, shopping, cleaning and he doesn’t seem to be a hard worker. The only thing he got is his pretty face. He not even thankfull of the work she as to do for him, because her mother force her to. The fact that he’s now so desperate for Aio, will still not realizing how hard she works because of his incompetence if infuriating and I want to bunk him with a bat. And don’t come at me with something like a examen season scene where his magically the smartest guy in school and Aio is falling. Because the reason why she can studies is because of him. And if he’s so smart why doesn’t he have the time to cook and clean. ( a good reason would be that his just magically incompetent at cleaning and cooking, that would be fun) It’s very 2010 shojo manga so if you are in that type of mood go for it. But I hope the author know that and will go an other direction to make a very good twist at the end. Because other wise they are not gonna stay together for long or this is a case of sexism on Aio because everyone think it normal for a woman to have to serve a guy like him even if she doesn’t want to.
