She knows her worth and isn't afraid to use it. Trying not to give spoilers but the outcome was satisfying, though it did leave me wondering of one character...."how CAN you be so dumb?" I do wish I could see more of the story, but it didn't leave me feeling cheated.

It was a bit short, but it gave enough backstory to understand how they got to that point, and the ending was equally satisfying. I wanted to punch that brat of a prince so many times. 💢 Luckily, with the aid of their fathers, the brat prince got his just desserts, and she was able to find her happiness to come. Her “newly betrothed” is 100x more deserving of her than the prince.(2)

The main characters have real chemistry, and I loved how the female lead isn't just there to be a love interest—she has her own strength and charm. There’s a nice mix of romantic tension, court intrigue, and emotional growth, all wrapped in beautiful artwork.
It’s not overly dramatic or too fluffy—it hits a nice middle ground that keeps you hooked. Definitely worth reading if you like second-chance romance with a royal twist(1)
