problems pile up one after another

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. If I were to be treated like a younger person, I would definitely not be able to go into private life even though we're really together at work lol Matsubara-san is a good person after reading episode 50 I Want You to Be Happy (although fuzzy remains) When the department manager disappeared and a new system began to be established, typical bad employees with a high level of pride even though they can't do a job where KY Aiba pulls their feet off cause new problems, and how do the refreshing handsome guys I've met for a long time get involved or (mid-career recruitment? (I think, but I think it's strange that Mr. Kuga doesn't know, so it's a managing director case?)

The interest of depicting human psychology

Even if it hasn't come this far, it's no wonder that this is happening within the company where you know or don't know it. There are places that actually exist, so I'm watching how they can be solved, and I also sympathize with the psychological pattern of humans and the real difficulties of not being able to move the way we want. The protagonist's calm, curiosity, and sense of justice will save your heart.

Good for dramas!

It's very nice that it contains elements of reasoning rather than just a heart-fecal system. The characters are also strong and nice.

It would be nice if there were

I honestly thought it would be nice to have a personnel department like this... is that cool because he looks like a worker rather than a detective? There was a female employee like this, and I was just confused because I couldn't do anything in reality, but it's so cool and comfortable even just in the comics!

Darker than I thought

I thought it was a common quick type, but it was different and interesting. I feel like it would be interesting if it were made into a drama I'm worried about continuing

I want it to be made into a drama

It was so much fun! Unintentionally, I bought all the volumes at once. I think it's such an interesting story that it could be made into a drama. The point of view of looking at people is sharp, and the chemical reactions in human relationships due to personnel changes are interesting. You can learn from comics.

It's not cool, but I'm looking forward to the next one

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It wasn't a quick ending, and it ended in a way that still seems likely, but I'm so relieved that Matsubara-san and Hayashi-san didn't have any more trouble.

Common company complaints

I've only been able to read it halfway, but it's a work that picked up common complaints at companies. I'm worried about how to drop it, but I think it would be nice if the content was as clean as it is.

I read it all at once

I want to read more soon. I thought it was solved, but there was also a bit of a mystery element. This isn't the end of the story, is it? I'm looking forward to it.

面白い

interesting

It's a story that exists within the organization, but it also has a bit of a mystery solving, or rather a mystery, so I just read the next one. I hope the new publication comes out soon.
