I reread it over and over

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. This is the comic I'm looking forward to the most new publication! However, I thought it was a story about uncovering internal fraud and the bad guys being banished, but it was a completely deep story. Even though there aren't any terrible shambles or mountains, I'm drawn into the story. There are no complete villains, everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and there is no reason to be violently argued by anyone, and the sight of each one noticing what they are lacking and standing up to grow quietly hits my heart. Each supporting character has their own taste, and they are very good at sorting things out. Kuga is really nice. It makes me smile when they occasionally catch a glimpse of their humanity while acting calm and stable. I'm also looking forward to getting involved with the new manager, who doesn't really know what he's thinking, and Mr. Kuga from now on! As a postscript, in the new chapter, the spotlight is on Mr. Kuga himself even though there are surrounding issues... Unlike how Kuga has vividly solved someone or some problem until now, it depicts Kuga's conflict. Maybe it's about to reach the end?? It makes me think so... The growth and positive changes of the characters have been seen, and maybe this time it will unfold in such a way that the people around them will support Kuga's growth and predicament... I'm imagining it. Anyway, as my boss, Mr. Takai is flat and has a sense of stability, which is wonderful.

良いです

It's good

I thought that if people like this were in the company, they wouldn't like going to work and the amount of stress they felt in relationships would decrease.

Manga that seems to be made into a drama

Real and funny! It's worth reading. Which actors are good for the cast? I can read it while imagining something like that.

I'm worried about the continuation!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. I like the sight of the main character trying to solve problems for the company, and I was moved by the sight of the kid who comes up at the beginning as a problem child who is also a well-rooted kid and converted! It was nice that each person who comes up with a problem has a proper reason and makes me think.

HR department is amazing

I envy companies where people like Mr. Kuga work in HR. And Matsubara-san is so nice that it makes me cry. If someone like this were at work, the retention rate would go up.

I want to feel refreshed

Is there such a thing! You might think so, but I think anyone who has worked for a company knows... there is such an unreasonable thing... I want Mr. Kuga to judge it right away!

amazing!

It's a story that actually seems likely, and it's exciting. I was wondering if I didn't like the picture, but I was totally addicted to it.

It would be nice to have personnel like this

It is set in the HR department of a major company. The main character, Mr. Kuga, is a pretty good character, and the development of the story is also interesting. Because of their work, I look at human resources from the inside and outside at large, medium, and small, but in reality, few people are this kind of honest, but I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of developments will happen later.

Look forward to seeing what's there

I don't know what's going to happen in the company. The HR department works hard to resolve internal issues, but it's not the other department, it's about the HR department...!

I tried reading it, and it's very interesting. I thought it was about an annoying female employee... it's a complicated story. We're still in the middle, so I'm really excited to see what's going to happen.

injustice is not an unsalvable evil

The intricate and realistic depictions of humans are fascinating. At first, Iida was a bad guy who was easy to understand (?) But everyone had a human touch and I couldn't hate it, and I didn't understand the inside of the harassment, so I guess I saw something kind of scary. I read all at once until episode 22. I liked that Rinrin has settled in (laughs) I'm curious about the continuation!

It's so real that it draws me in

Power harassment, stupid young employees, excessive power, still a black company. It's interesting. It's like the reverse side of our company. It's so real, it's amazing.

Insanely interesting

It's interesting because it's depicted in a way that people in a place called a company seem to be fearful. Actually, I don't think it's that far. It's also interesting as a mystery, so I bought it all at once and read it.

I'm always looking forward to the new publication!

Each of the characters seems to be human, and I'm reading it while thinking that people like this actually exist. The final boss seems pretty tough.
