It's funny and I can't read ahead

At first, I thought it was a story about a self-centered female employee with a strong sense of self, and I'm looking forward to the continuation because it seems to have a lot of deep meaning. The company's relationships may be more suspenseful than the 2-hour drama. But women are strong and funny.

I thought it would relieve stress

Surprisingly, there seems to be a lot of hidden behind the company. It doesn't seem like it ended after being resolved and refreshed, so I'm worried that it's still going on.

I want to read more!

I started buying it on Twitter out of curiosity, but it felt like an everyday mystery, and I became addicted to it.

Exactly an in-house detective

I thought it was a quick story about imposing sanctions on bad employees, but the story turned two and three turns and was so interesting that I read it all at once. I'm curious about the continuation!

It's pretty interesting

He is also the author of “Everyone But Me Is Idiot,” and at first I thought that Ah-hi, the annoying burikko-chan had painful eyes and was refreshed... but I'm hoping that there will be another development, probably because they changed direction along the way.

There are there are too many

Even if it's not this extreme, it's interesting to feel like every company has people like this. However, it's a pity that the design is a bit old. But it draws me in so much that I don't care.

That's good!

Extraordinarily funny! That's not to say, but I end up buying when developments are worrying about the future. It's not that much that I can't stand it because I want to read the continuation - ‼ ︎, but I'm happy when announcements of the next issue come in. It's like that (lol)

That was interesting

If there was such an interesting place in the company, I thought I'd be tempted to discuss it. I thought that was an interesting point of view, so I wanted to watch the continuation

That was interesting though!

I don't like painting... but... I'm good at it... I've never actually seen someone like this (Iida) in the story, but I also feel like they are everywhere.

this is interesting! The darkness of the company!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The HR department is competent anyway. From trivial consultations, transfers etc. are firmly determined by considering human relationships, department interests, etc. I wish people like this were in the company. Also, gossip is used as a single piece of information to confirm facts. As for Chapter 1, Iida and the section chief who had fraudulently raised the employee rank of Mr. Iida, who had been on leave within the scope of pay but who had one person in any company, such as work discipline to a colleague, female senior employee, and an affair with a section chief, will eventually be transferred. Realistically, it doesn't end there. Including the issue of misrepresenting employee evaluations, it also comes up after Mr. Iida, who was transferred. I wonder if Iida's transfer destination is also about the department where there is a problem, and the issue where employee ranks can be fraudulently raised in chapter 2? It's very realistic and cuts into hidden and invisible parts of the company, such as employee ranks, so I'm looking forward to it. When I was an employee, the number of people who could raise evaluations was determined in each department, so my boss who gave priority to men and didn't want to raise my labor costs intentionally “didn't (don't) raise my evaluation.” As a result, overtime hours were manipulated, and even when work and responsibilities increased, nothing was reflected in the evaluation, and I was reminded of the messy past where they complained of power harassment along with some bosses and finally rose in employee rank just before retirement. I really wish we had this HR department. I'm looking forward to it from now on!

This review contains spoilers. The story continues even after The Bad Girl is defeated, so one scene I'm worried about is strangely real (laughs)

I thought episode 1 was over.

If you think it's a one-episode complete type that solves various problems within the company one after another, the root is one while entangling multiple issues. It's like that. I don't dislike female characters at all. Mr. Matsubara is trying to be fair while fighting against his own mess, and the feeling that he is worried about Mr. Iida is not a lie. Mr. Iida also got through when he got that far, and it was so refreshing. But the male characters are gross... I really don't like having to work with someone on my side who can't tell the difference between work and personal feelings, whether it's my colleague who is nicknamed and my boss who is blatantly fond of me!

I'm worried about the continuation

The person in charge of human resources thought it was a quick story to resolve internal clutter, and when I read on, it was not a simple story, but the deep, broad, and complicated relationships. It's a simple story, and it was completed in a few episodes, and even though I thought it would be a different story, I was betrayed in a good sense lol So I was worried about the continuation and read it in a blink of an eye until the latest issue! I would be happy if there were a few more pages, but it was interesting, so I don't regret it. I want to read more soon!!
