This manga was such a fun surprise! I Can’t Drink With Aoki is light, goofy, and honestly super relatable if you’ve ever had awkward social interactions (especially around drinking). Aoki is the type of character who overthinks everything in the funniest way possible, and the dynamic between him and the people around him is pure comedy gold.

It’s not a deep or dramatic story—but it doesn’t need to be. It’s the kind of manga you read when you want to laugh, unwind, and smile at how ridiculous yet real social anxiety can be. Think slice-of-life meets awkward adulting.

I think this is an ok read for the story. Got through reading it very quickly. But they are a cute couple.

I don’t get why the mangas from this publisher are so rushed, especially at the end. The story might have been developed way better and ended even way better than that! I honestly feel I wasted my money on this story. What a pity!
