The story of genius

A strip theater where your parents are prostitutes, your girlfriend is a carver, and your part-time job is pole dancing? Also, I think the contrast between the negative part of being born at the edge of the forest and the positive part of the expressive power and beautiful appearance of a genius piano gives depth to the story. But the real intention is that I don't really want to watch the negative part. The last 2 volumes were really great. Congratulations to the sea!

I'm moved by Pure

The appeal of piano and music is conveyed. It makes me feel warm. I've only read up to 8 volumes, so I'm really worried about the future.

It's been a long time since I read through a major work. I read it with all kinds of emotions, laughing, crying, and getting angry. I had goose bumps at the end.

Amazing comics

I can't predict how the story will unfold! It's so full of dynamism that you can almost hear a song just looking at the picture. Overall, if you like music, this is a comic I want you to read. I fell in love with classical music even more with this comic.

Makes me want to listen to Chopin

It's a work that makes Chopin want to listen to it. The main character after growing up is so unrivaled, but the story up until then has been carefully drawn, so there's nothing but emotion. It's interesting. Then, it becomes Mompe, the main character.

I like anime, and I like manga

Watching how Kai grows with music through his relationship with “Forest Piano” since he was a boy makes me feel like I had a very warm and intense time. I started with the anime, and I thought that there were quite a few psychological depictions of Amemiya as a boy in the manga. Before I came into contact with this work, I only knew the title and thought, “Somehow, Piano in the Forest is a fictional otherworldly story,” but when I looked at the work, I thought, “Oh, is this what happened!” I was surprised. I wish I had read it sooner. I want to say thank you for making this work.

I can read it all at once

It was a work that made me read more and more because I was worried about the continuation even if I wasn't interested in piano.

I read it because I was curious about the anime. I think it's a work that people who don't know piano can enjoy as well as those who know Unlike anime, there's no sound, so I wanted to listen to the song.

Impressed until the very end!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It's a long, long story, but I was very moved. Along the way, there were many scenes where I was disappointed that the world of piano competitions was so dirty... but at the end, they deliberated fairly, and I was happy that Kai won the championship. When I thought it might end there, I gave the horse mackerel the best gift and I was moved again! It was unexpected that it would end with a scene where the two of them had a concert at the end... It was a story that washed my heart for the first time in a long time.

While being jarring...

I can't help but want to read ahead to see how the main character develops. The image of classical music seemed difficult, but I'm looking forward to reading the original, watching the anime, and listening to the actual piano.

That was great!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. I read it so fast! Kai's growth, diverse rivals, teacher-pupil bonds, and parent-child love were amazing! However, I like romance stories, but I honestly don't think I needed them in this story. Maybe it's because my partner's kid didn't really like me. You must have had a dream of your own, but at the end did you follow Kai and emigrate? What happened to work? I think so. It would be nice if romance became a good spice, such as being energized or stimulated by facing the piano, but since there are almost no such depictions (which is probably the case for Kai-kun), it looks like a snake foot. If I were to draw, I think it would have been nice to delve more into Sae-chan's relationship. It's just a shame, but even with that, it's definitely an interesting work.

I definitely want you to read it!

It's my favorite work. The depiction is careful, delicate, and bold, and it's as if you were really there and could hear the song. The ending was “good!!” and tears, tears.
