Reviews for Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You Manga

Bad company owner Lehman Sasaki is healed by Mr. Yamada's cheerful customer service at the cash register. When Yamada-san wasn't at the cash register and had a conversation with Tayama who told me where to smoke... I wonder if Tayama-san doesn't understand Yamada-san. But it's something real and I can relax.

Being healed by Mr. Sasaki, an exhausted office worker, and Mr. Yamada, the cashier, they are doing their best somehow. By accident, even in Tayama, Yamada-san and Yani are friends

An impatient relationship? For people who enjoy that kind of thing, it's heartwarming and interesting even though 90% just smoke in the back of a supermarket

First things first... the cover picture and title are plain and have an “completely tasteless and odorless” vibe. Frankly speaking, it doesn't seem interesting, so I wouldn't usually pick it up, that kind of feeling. However, this season, or rather, recent manga-related awards and rankings, and pop by manga-related shop staff. The fact that it was Gori's recommendation at a level where I doubted the Dentsu project and “publication of up to 3 volumes at the moment” became decisive factors, and for now, trial reading... what is this so interesting (sense of vocabulary) I immediately bought the entire volume. However, there is a sense of deja vu among the characters. Mr. Sasaki is that person from Patlabor, and Mr. Tayama is a picture of another work I've seen somewhere before, right? The overall nostalgic mix is amazing. Personally, it means a good thing.

I like this work. It doesn't smell bad when it's in comics!! In reality, people who smoke don't want to get close to them. I like Sasaki, who is insensitive. The interaction between the two is so cute!

The old man (Mr. Sasaki) who is swayed by the words and actions of “her” is cute ~ It's unclear what company it is, but the “healing” moments of Mr. Sasaki, who works for a black company, are good ♪ I enjoyed reading it, but the last “zero book” was so wonderful and I was convinced.

The smoking area talk between a plain Lehman and a flashy woman is supposed to be a matter of a few minutes of everyday life. It's exciting enough to make me want to read it in comics. There was an old French film called Coffee & Cigarettes, which collected short stories set in scenes where people smoke while drinking coffee, but this one is easier to empathize with, and is more interesting, probably because they are Japanese. I don't know how long I'll be able to read it without getting tired of it, but I'm looking forward to the release of volume 2.
