Reviews for xxxHOLiC Omnibus Manga

It's a strange story and I like it. I'm glad I was relieved when April 1st was being played around, so I'm not good at feeling tight after the second half.

I love Holic. In particular, April 1st and Momome Oni are cool. Sunflowers and zashiki warashi are cute. It was so awesome that I just bought the whole volume.

There are links to other manga, so I really can't wait for that character to come up while I read it.

I like CLAMP's works because they have a unique worldview and are beautiful. In particular, this work has a strong dark atmosphere with demons appearing, but there's no horror or glossiness... it's a very nice shiobai. I feel the beauty. But maybe my comprehension wasn't enough, and I didn't really understand how to end it.

When I read Holic, I thought I wanted April 1st... Aren't those impressions strange after reading Holic? You might think so, but that kind of impression came to me because I can't cook.

Each character is intense and really interesting! In particular, April 1's messing around with him is laughable! Each story gives a glimpse of human darkness, and there are parts that are a bit scary... Also, since CLAMP only worked on it, and the pictures are beautiful, so I recommend it ⤴

Some of the content is a bit difficult, but it's interesting. It's linked to a work called Tsubasa by the same artist, so you'll be convinced if you read both. However, depending on the person, it may be more complicated... There are a lot of foreshadowing, but it's amazing that there are no contradictions.

It's a story typical of CLAMP, which is kind but not sweet, and I'm drawn in all at once. It's a solid worldview based on Onmyodo, so it was easy to read. The simple design was different from Tokyo Babylon and X, and I felt a bit of the times. Maybe it's the influence of magazines and artists? There are many works by CLAMP, but basically they have a single worldview, and I wonder if they depict various people? I thought so.

It's not interesting. I know that time passed and I became an adult, but Yuko was always nice. So ★ is reduced by 1 to 4.

The first one is comical and very easy to read, with many stories ending in several episodes. When it comes to the second half, it links to Tsubasa, and it becomes complicated and dark, and you can't understand it until you read both over and over again. I still don't understand it either. The category is horror, but it's not that scary. But the mysterious atmosphere is always in full swing. There are also fantasy elements here and there. Highlights: ■ A lot of Japanese legends, folklore, and legends come up (it's fun to do your own research after reading) ■ The pictures are beautiful (the cover and door paintings are really attractive) ■ The way to hold the foreshadows is wonderful (especially after volume 16. (Laughs) ■ Yuko's changing clothes ■ High level of femininity on April 1st ■ Link with Tsubasa ■ The women's team is so cute Personally, I like the dark sadness in the second half. Also, anime is interesting

It's both fantastic and realistic. I feel like the end of each story isn't always a happy ending, so it's for adults.

I had comics, but since they are linked to Tsubasa, there are times when I don't understand STORY unless I read them with Tsubasa. Expression is also difficult, so it's more suitable for working adults than students. If you like the occult, I think it would be interesting.
