Reviews for Smile Down the Runway Manga

I think the fashion industry is depicted more realistically than in other comics. It's usually funny! I can cry! Impressed!

It's funny, exciting, and moving, and really interesting. It's interesting even if you don't understand fashion.

In Paris Collection, she is said to be petite even at 170 cm, but taking on the challenge with a height of 10 cm or more shorter than that is reckless, this is a comic, but when I watch a special feature on Paris Collection on TV, I think so, but when I watch her efforts, I can't help but hope that they make it through! Are you looking forward to the continuation of the story where you move forward and backward toward your dreams?

The cover is pretty and cute, so I liked the picture, but I started reading it without any expectations. Then, I was drawn in and read on almost without stopping ❗ It's a story about the fashion and design industry, and I want to cheer for the two people chasing their dreams with a very surprisingly good duo. It has a hidden passion, and it makes me feel positive when I read it!

It's exciting to see them facing the runway while each has various feelings. I'm worried about the continuation!!!

Well, at first it didn't sting at all, but once I finished reading volume 1, I was already addicted to it. The story is centered around 2 people who have talents but are lacking, and it's good that the stories of the two take turns!

It really is “exciting.” No matter how many times you reread the runway scene, it will naturally thrill your heart. There are a lot of changes from each side's point of view, so I'm a little worried about the sluggishness of the story development, but it's nice that the core goes through. I want to read more!!

I want people other than those interested in fashion to read this work. I think this is a comic that is sure to stick to people who are trying so hard at something. Also, people who aren't good at fashion have introduced ways to coordinate, etc., so I recommend it to those people too!

That's interesting ~ do you reread it over and over again? Why don't you read it?

It's a story where the two main characters are high school students but only adults, and while they sometimes seem frustrated, they just earnestly and single-mindedly advance with all their might toward their dreams. There are things that are definitely lacking in order for both of us to fulfill that dream. She is blessed both outwardly and environmentally as a model, and she never neglects her efforts to refine her qualities. However, fatally, height falls short of the minimum requirements for a high brand model. Even though he is blessed with talent and a family, he doesn't have the financial resources to make use of his talents and learn. Also, it is difficult to follow my dreams from that family environment, and I almost gave up halfway because I couldn't put them into words. These two people meet, and that's where we started. To be honest, I didn't like the design. However, I felt like I couldn't wait for the next episode when I noticed the good tempo of the laughter that came in little by little, and the tightening production. I still want to watch him and her.

I am impressed by how the two aspiring designers, a short model and a poor designer, are steadily advancing towards their dreams one step at a time while struggling against various barriers.

I read it in the weekly magazine, and the sight of them working hard for each dream makes me want to support them very much.

Sometimes there are things I want to be, things I want to do, and things I definitely can't do right from the start lol. It's a story about overcoming it with effort, energy, and guts. Since they are fashion-related, sense is questioned, so they are also different from sports items. It's a work that makes me think there's absolutely nothing impossible. Volume 1 volume 2 is like that, so I wonder if volume 3 and beyond will digress slightly and become comic like. But it's a necessary derailment, so that's fine. I bought the latest edition all at once. I'm looking forward to the continuation. Personally, I am also a Zubu amateur and started making things, and I read it while crying because I was in almost the same situation as the main characters, and when the opportunity came, I had anxiety and failure, but don't be scared, thinking that if I did my best, my dreams would come true. It's not just about fashion, it's a work I want people who work hard without giving up to see it.

This is a story about the fashion industry focusing on boys who are talented but poor aspiring designers and girls who want to be perfect models other than their height. All of the subcharacters are well made, which is interesting. The pictures are also very beautiful, so I can read them without any sense of incongruity.

I bought it because I was attracted to the picture on the cover, but as I read it, I was drawn into the content. I think works depicting the world of clothing in shonen manga are rare, but it's exciting to see both Chiyuki and Ikuto push forward without giving up on their dreams.

It's a clothing style, but youth! The heroine and pictures are so cute that I want to cheer them on!

Anyway, please read episode 1. The way the story is drawn in, the excellent structure, and the way the characters are fascinating are all so good that you wouldn't think a rookie is good at reading, and it's simply a pleasant comic. When it comes to what kind of people do you recommend, these days, people like Spoken-type shonen comics like Welcome to the same Kodansha Ballroom. It's a story about the fashion industry, so if anything, the classification is cultural, but it's a story of effort, friendship, and victory. It's a very interesting comic, so be sure to read it!
