I like the lines

The pictures and story are very good, but in particular, there are a lot of quotes in the characters' lines, and it is conveyed that the author values words. I don't think there are many works with so many memorable lines.

I've been watching over and over

I fell in love with it when I was in elementary school, and since I was bored, I reread it over and over again. It's a powerful work, and it's a spokane comic rather than a girls' manga. There are lots of quotes, and I learn from lots of words. I read it because I wanted to spend my youth like this. I'm an adult now, and I'm over Chihaya's age, but it's always been my own youth comic. I'm glad we met. Thank you very much.

sense of speed

The karuta scene is impressive, and the sense of speed is amazing. There are so many characters that I can't even remember them, but they all have strong personalities and are fascinating. It's long, but I think it's well worth reading.

I'm drawn steadily into the growth of the 3 people and the world of competitive karuta... I can't sleep because I'm worried about the continuation ^^

When it comes to karuta

I didn't have any knowledge, but it's a lot of fun while deciphering the contents of Hyakunin Isshu, which is different from Supokon-like youth, and it's a lot of fun. Even though it's long, I read it over and over again.

I'm curious!

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. There are also good stories this time around, such as Taichi's mother's feelings or Suo Meijin's feelings, and it's exciting! With Chihaya's victory, I'm worried about Taichi and Arata's match after that!

Very interesting

I read it because I thought karuta was plain, but I thought it was really interesting and had a great ability to concentrate

From the movie to the original

After watching the movie, I read this original story. I like movies too, but is the original one more voluminous and interesting?

Looks like it will continue soon

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. At last, Arata admitted that he hates Taichi. From there, the battle between the two began. I'm worried about the continuation.

As expected, Suetsugu sensei's work

I really like this person's depiction of emotions! I'm very drawn in. Everyone's individuality shines, and the sight of them all working hard with passion in their hearts makes my heart warm!

大好き

really like

Anyway, it's interesting. It's a story filled with youth, and it made me cringe, get excited, and cry. I love all the characters, starting with Chihaya, Taichi, and Arata. The sight of everyone growing up and working so hard to face karuta, love, and life is heartbreaking.

Full power for competition and romance

The fact that it focused on Hyakunin Isshu as a competition is fresh as a subject of the work. The fact that both are made without diluting while involving romance is very successful as a work.

The romance element is strong

The story is also deep, and when I notice it, I'm really addicted to turning the pages over and over again! Chihaya in particular still doesn't know which one she will choose in the end!! personally, it's too much for me to push it~?

I can cry and laugh!

What is Hyakunin Isshu? I started reading it with that feeling. It really makes me cry to see the main character, Chihaya, grow up through Hyakunin Isshu!! And laughable!
