I also bought the paper one

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. This work depicts prep school until entering Tokyo University of the Arts and school life after actually enrolling. I was interested and bought it from a place where the author was active as a VTuber. I thought it was very good to buy it.

感動

touching

There are hardships, but I think it would be nice to be happy to have something to put into it. I haven't usually come into contact with the art field, but I think it's a nice work that feels a little familiar

The main character can recommend

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. I really like the mentality of not being too humble even if I'm bad at drawing, and the fact that I look at other people's pictures by clearly facing what I can do and what I'm doing now even though I'm not just a positive person like the main character in old shonen comics. The scene where I draw the scenery I can see from my room window really conveyed the “fun of drawing pictures.” It's a personal story, but I used to think I drew pictures like this, and I almost cried. I want to get it on paper too; I'm glad I was able to read this work.

When the anime is released

I want to watch the special program on TV and read the original story!! I thought so I read volume 1 anyway. Even after reading only one volume, I was very drawn in, such as the anguish and conflict in youth, effort to do what I like, etc. I'm also very concerned about future developments, and I don't think there's any harm in reading it. On TV, the meaning of the blue period in the title was also talked about, so that's what it is! I thought, and I would like to continue reading it from now on.

entertaining

I've only read one volume, but it also helps me study art, and above all, it's interesting! I'm also looking forward to anime, so I want to watch them soon.

Maybe I'm most addicted to it right now

I thought art would be about drawing pictures quietly, but I was completely addicted to that passionate view of the world.

Art Spokon.

When I was watching Twitter, I was able to catch a glimpse of the generous efforts of people related to Mimi, including manga artists, and in Akutabune-sensei's kiss, a picture of a prep school for going to an art-related university was depicted, and I thought it was interesting. Then, it's nice that this work is like an art sport, and even though it's a picture story, there's a sense of dynamism. Anyway, I think the sight of getting sweaty and generously taking it into a picture while sleeping is very similar to sports.

Students taking on the challenge of art

The main character is Hachiko, who is simply dedicated to drawing pictures, but that's not all! People who get lost when it comes to going down the path of painting, people who destroy their own bodies, and people who are under pressure. A lot of people appear in this comic, no one wears one. An amazing comic that fascinates the enthusiasm and anxiety of many students who are going down the path of art.

That was interesting.

Even though I try to think about how actions I can do myself have a positive effect, expressions of frustration and kindness that don't work well are common, and it also made me feel warm. I read volume 1 to volume 11 all at once. I'm worried about the continuation. I thought I'd write a review for the first time.

amazing cartoon

I'm just saying it's an amazing comic. However, people who complain after reading it were just too early to read this work. I think it will be appreciated more in the future than it is now.

The original story of YOASOBI's Ultramarine Blue

I learned that YOASOBI's Ultramarine Blue was inspired by this work, so I read it. That was really good! Even though the comic is drawn on the difficult theme of art college entrance exams, the story is well organized, and the pictures are beautiful.

It's still only one volume

I'm worried about the continuation, so I think I'll read it gradually. When you're thinking about excuses in your head, you've already got an answer... I cry every time I open my eyes.

With a fold-in leaflet

This is a work I was interested in when it was an insert leaflet for comics I purchased. I liked painting and was curious, and I remember wanting to go to art college when I was a kid, so I read it. interesting!! It's still small, but my daughter also likes drawing and I want to let her learn, so maybe I want her to read it when she gets a little bigger. It seems like it's going to be animated, so I want to follow that one too.

感動！

Impressed!

It reminded me of the days my daughter spent in the art club! The art club is athletic (laughs) As the assignment got closer to submission, gray hair on my daughter's head increased, and it seems like there was that much pressure. So I understand Hachiko's hard work very well. There is a lot of fun and pain to be able to focus on one thing, and I highly recommend it!

It's interesting!

It's a story about art, a world far from ordinary people like myself. But it's a work that makes me think that such a world might not be that far away. Additionally, the sight of the protagonist walking while looking at his own weakness gives me courage. It's a very likeable work!

It's interesting

I read how Hachiko grows through art, and the feelings I can really sympathize with in a blink of an eye. All of the characters are super unique and full of charm. I was also exposed to a world of art I had no idea about, and it was insanely interesting.

Hot and blue

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It is a work dealing with art that was also selected for the Manga Award. It's also used in commercials, and I've been really interested in it for a while. The main character, a high school student with excellent grades but no goals, is inspired by a picture and conversations with art teachers and seniors, and becomes obsessed with “art as a language other than letters.” Then, they set a goal for the University of the Arts entrance exam, and they work twice as hard as people. The joy of drawing and the pain of drawing are warmly conveyed. It seems that we can deepen our knowledge together while following how the main character acquires knowledge and skills about art. It will also be animated, so I'm looking forward to it.

This is my first genre

I read a lot of comics, but I read comics about art for the first time. I thought it was a comic that would last a long time with the characters around them, including the main character, moving steadily. I also learn a lot about art. It's now one of the works I'm looking forward to in the future!
