appraising

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. There is a story where the protagonist, who is mediocre in both intellect and physical strength, makes use of a rare skill called appraisal skill to turn a weak territory into the strongest territory. It was kind of cool to see things with your own eyes without having to solve it with strength or your head.

Pretty tough setting for the main character

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It's interesting!!!! What's inside is a reincarnated person, so although he studies for his future self and is slightly treated as a prodigy, his physical strength and ground strength are not high. You can't even use magic. I think it's quite a hard mode where it really only specializes in appraisal skills and is nothing but gentle idealism. It's only when you have an understanding father who doesn't make you think so. That's because even though they bring someone who can definitely be used in an appraisal, I'm not even allowed to keep them by my side unless I believe or confirm it. Moreover, even my father passed away, and a fight just as I had been concerned about began. Even so, I feel like I've become a great lord because I have fairly advanced appraisal skills and the courage to be able to entrust and choose without fear of relying on others. That's good. I'm going to knock it off alone with cheats!!! I wanted to read a story that wasn't, so it's a lot of fun.

A High Level Growth Story

It is rare among many “appraisal” skills, and it is a human resource discovery, territory management, and strategy that makes use of the ability to genuinely appraise abilities, etc. It carefully depicts episodes of characters who become friends, and the interaction from meeting to subsequent growth is quite interesting as an atmosphere, like watching a major historical drama. However, my honest impression is that interesting things are interesting, but they don't seem to be insanely more interesting than this. It feels like a pretty interesting story continues for a long time, and although it's stable, I personally think it's a bit exciting. Still, it's a good work with a strong appeal of characters and stories that make you want to keep an eye on the fate of this territory.

You can read it without worry.

This review contains spoilers. ３ ！

This review contains spoilers. I've read up to 3 volumes. I like the main character's childlike picture. Hitotarashi is also talented, isn't he? I didn't expect someone who would become my wife to come out soon, but she is also interesting, and I'm looking forward to seeing if everyone will overcome it successfully. I've read up to 6 volumes of the postscript. Somehow the future story is getting bigger...!!

It's OK to have a leader like this

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It's a story about protecting a territory by employing many excellent human resources by employing many excellent human resources by having a skill called appraisal skill. The fact that excellent human resources gather is also due to the main character's personality. They aren't strong or have strong charisma, but they can only achieve career advancement because they are kind and naturally make people want to help and protect them. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of people will join the group in the future.

The picture is good

Ars and Charlotte are cute, and Rietz is cool. It's nice that Rietz's sword handling is like there's nothing I can't beat

I originally liked reincarnation, so I tried reading volume one this time. It was interesting and the tempo progressed just right.

was there a point of reincarnation? It's a good story that I can read as normally as I think. I've read up to 10 volumes, and although it's drawn first, the number one is probably the place where you take over the head of the family, it makes me cry a little bit.

I feel uncomfortable only in the part that it's reincarnated

The beginning is carefully depicted from meeting with friends to growing up, and the depth of that bond is persuasive. Until the latest episode, it depicts encounters with new comrades while playing an active role in battles by utilizing the characteristics of comrades. Many of the friendly characters that appear are attractive, and there is no discomfort when reading them. The fact that the main character is also a bottomless good guy is fine and desirable, but I feel uncomfortable that he is too innocent and reincarnated. It was necessary to pretend to be a child in the early stages, so even if it was unavoidable, there should be no need for that after the father died and took over as head of the family. But every reaction was exaggerated, and it was like a really young child. Knowledge, experience, and abilities from before reincarnation aren't involved in the story at all, and even better, I think it would have been better if the protagonist was a child of a really innocent lord.

I just read the beginning but I'm looking forward to it

If you could see through people's suitability and guide them well, that would be ideal, wouldn't it? I feel like I understand the wish, which is probably the origin of that idea. I'm also looking forward to seeing how it will develop from a weak territory.

Recommended by Pham

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. To be honest, it's really interesting, and Bimyo (laughs) I think the strongest hero lover is unsatisfactory. It's a story about getting strong friends with appraisal skills, so for me, who likes systems where the person itself doesn't have strength and enough stimulation (laughs), I don't like the main character who is outraged or helped by his peers. However, my friends are good characters! Boys and girls are strong and smart too! My recommendation is Pham! Right now, I feel like Pham is reading it because I want to watch it, and at the end of volume 10, I wonder if Pham is awesome (laughs)

I know the status

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. I've also read stories about children from other aristocrats, but this is a story where you can see the status of others, and even though I don't know the status of the person himself, all the people selected have pledged loyalty to Ars. There will also be new searches and battles for excellent people from now on, so it's going to get complicated.

This review contains spoilers. An office worker who didn't do it reincarnated and gathered excellent human resources with appraisal skills to develop his territory, but it was interesting because he was able to read and write at age 3 and it also had a sense of cheat.

If you like reincarnation, there's no doubt about it! Other than appraisal skills, it's good that the main character is normal. A weak, kind boy discovers human resources, grows together, and it feels good that more and more people gather as the protagonist who makes people think for this person. It's easy to read, and it's fascinating.

Surprisingly interesting

The process of gradually growing into a young man through an unbelievably cute childhood that the main character was a former salaryman is really good.

It's a royal road, but it's interesting

The growth of the characters brought in by the protagonist with his own appraisal skills is wonderful. It really works with the right material in the right place, so it's refreshing to read.

It was made up with an appraisal

The main character is the weakest, but he has appraisal skills. Even though it's called an appraisal, it's a story about appraising people, appraising people, identifying good points, developing the right people in the right places, and becoming the strongest in the territory. The content is interesting, and I can read it quickly without getting stuck in the middle. It's a heartwarming feeling.

I read up to 2 volumes of this and it was interesting, so I kept it. Appraisal skills are good... You probably shouldn't just rely on that, but it's a guideline to a certain extent, and it's easy to make plans. Well, it's useless if you don't have the ability to move (laughs)
