I read it in a blink of an eye

I've read a lot of different reincarnations from another world, and I like this one quite a bit. Is it a battle type in reincarnation? Then there are many cases where the main character is very self-pity type or is too aggressive... this protagonist has no unhappiness appeal and is moderately positive, which is just right. Actually, 3-year-olds can't talk this much, but they are reincarnated people. It's been a long time since I read it all at once. I will definitely buy volume 2 when it comes out.

Isn't there a mother?

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The story and pictures are good, there were a few Shota-like protagonists who just said they were reincarnated, but they really didn't accept all of them, and I can totally forgive the way he talks and the pictures. However, it's impossible for the first setting to be 3 years old (laughs) is there a second mother? aren't you there? Twins were born, what about the mother?

statuses

I often read that the main character has the strongest stats and is a cheat. But this is my first time finding and scouting excellent people. I recommend it.

great cartoon

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. It's been a while since I came across a comic with 5 stars in the Isekai manga. I buy Isekai comics for about 10,000 yen a month, and it's in number 3 this year. It looks like it's going to be even more interesting from the next volume, so I'm really looking forward to it. The highlight is probably the place where they search for vassals, solicit them, and welcome them as retainers. There were not only skills and abilities, but also human drama elements, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. Personally, it's a Japanese historical element? There was also a pressure point there too. I will definitely buy the next volume. Thank you, author.

Appraisal skills

Another World with Appraisal Skills ~ There may have been others, but as I've touched on in this work, you can train excellent human resources, or just like in a story game just like the Three Kingdoms where you find and protect your own castle, and you have no choice but to scout out with the charm of the main character, but I promise, he's a good guy from a previous life! The first one, Mr. Ritz, is already so engrossed in the main character that it's dangerously lol that's too much love and strength! It's so cool that it already makes me laugh! It looks like it will continue soon

ah~~

it's really interesting... Ritz is cool. that's unbearable!!! It's too precious. I'm glad I bought it... Shazoku Lehman reincarnated as the son of a lesser lord. A story about gathering promising human resources with appraisal skills. To be honest, they are all convenient developments, but they are developments that stick to my proclivity, where the feudal lord changes from the gentle smile of the handsome uncle + 1st servant to a murderous face. My heart is too hot.

Important things are invisible to the eye... the power to see ✨

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. A story about an office worker reincarnated in a different country. It's a story about people with skills like Satomi Hakkenden looking for friends as human resources, and it's very interesting. People who have been abandoned by the world actually have power, and I highly recommend it to those who like stories where they discover it ♬ I'm really looking forward to the continuation ♬ I've only read up to 2, but I'd like to read it little by little (^^)

Territory development system

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. I want to support Ars, who is steadily working hard from what he can do. The ability to act to search for necessary human resources if you don't have the ability to cheat yourself, the judgment ability to predict a future likely to get involved in conflict and think the best policy, and the attitude of respecting people around you are well depicted, and I'm looking forward to future developments more and more.

Reincarnation stuff

I've been following and reading it since it was serialized on the internet. Personally, I started reading a lot of Isekai Tensei Mono in the early days, and I was thrilled with the protagonist's activities ~ Now Reincarnation is saturated and I feel eaten, but the works I came across in the early days are still interesting.

It's not flashy, but it's a good story

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The picture was so cute that I picked it up. It's not a work with amazing characteristics, but each of the main characters has its own characteristics, and the content set up a company organization was interesting.

Succession to the aristocrat after reincarnation

Once reincarnated, he was a child of an aristocrat and the next head of the family. A story about scouting talented subordinates with appraisal skills and advancing the stabilization and expansion of the territory. I'm moved by the fact that there are so many heartwarming episodes.

感動

touching

It was an eagle-like story that was a little different from the others. It was made into an anime, so I read the current one too, which is great

Great talent

I'm envious that the main character can make use of these special skills. I think it's great to be able to make good use of people close to me.

でも、

interesting! but

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The content is more like watching the protagonist grow with skills and personality rather than reincarnation. It's interesting! It's interesting, but I feel uncomfortable that my mother doesn't appear only in the first scene. why? If the father is gone or siblings are formed, I wonder if even a single scene won't appear?

20 volumes already read ⭐️ 3.6

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. I think it starts with the words in the preamble of the Constitution of Japan, a reincarnated lord who gathers human resources with the goal of permanent peace, causes technological innovation, and works for folk herbs, but there is a big gap between wishing and making it happen... in this work, something close to a revolution of consciousness begins, capitalism competes to gather large forces, and socialism is a fair distribution society... I wonder if failure that continues for centuries can be improved with fiction 😛

Recommended

It was one of several works recommended by a friend, and since I started reading without knowing the details, I thought my appraisal skills were good for things. However, the way it is used and the way of thinking about people is wonderful. I was excited to read it.
