Each and every one of the characters is fascinating

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. But... I just couldn't fall in love with Sophia from the Catarina episode ☆ -1. There are probably a lot of parts where my husband is bad, but as a result, my husband is also a victim? And... I had an affair and even gave birth to that partner's child, but I just couldn't fall in love with the feeling that she didn't go against what her husband did... I think she could honestly enjoy it if Katarina was Yuri's real niece and she wanted her to be happy because she was the child of an important person.

I want to cheer

This is a story about a girl who struggles to become a court painter in an age where the status of women still didn't want to be recognized. I'm excited to see how they are changing the values around them. It makes me imagine that people like this actually existed.

I'm glad I wasn't born in this era

The rights, values, and treatment of women in the Middle Ages were really too different from today, and I'm glad I was born in this era! I think that even in a tough environment where I think people around the protagonist are saved by understanding or understanding, I think what paves the way is my own feelings and the kindness of the people around me

I like the main character

From the beginning, I want to wholeheartedly support the main character Arte. The way they gradually grow as people and professionals makes me want to continue supporting them even more. Also, since even the details of the background are beautifully depicted, you can feel close to the state of painting production and the customs of the times.

From anime

I started with the animation. There are also detailed depictions that couldn't be drawn in the anime, so it's easy to read.

A story from the 16th century

But even in the 21st century, I'm a little scared that the situation surrounding women will progress slowly. Arte is a heroine who has the strength to accept the absurd discrimination that befalls her, and the courage to make use of her blessed environment. Being able to hold hands with everyone rather than confrontation is the most amazing skill.

Painter's Apprenticeship

It's an age where men were superior to women, and it was difficult for women to become financially independent without getting married, but it's a story where the main character works positively and grows as an apprentice painter. I wonder if the relationship between boss and apprentice will change little by little. I'm looking forward to it.

面白い

interesting

This review contains spoilers.

This review contains spoilers. The picture was beautiful and I began to look at it. The story is also interesting, and it's filled with a lot of enthusiasm from the main character. It's cool to see her crawling up with her own strength in an age where she had given up because all the people around her were women.

Of the 16th century

Florence, the era of the Renaissance. Born into a family of aristocrats, Arte wanted to live on her own strength and aimed to become an apprentice to a painter's workshop, but it was unusual for a woman's way of life back then, and of course she faced various difficulties. However, little by little, the number of allies for Arte, who is innocent and has guts, increases. It's a work I can sympathize with Arte's way of life.

A calm story

This is a story about a girl who works hard as a female painter in an all-male painter industry. It's still a male society today, if not as much as it was in this day and age. Ahhh, that's disappointing, but the real victory is to push forward on your own path without taking on an opponent, that's right! There are many scenes I can sympathize with. Also, the main character's dedication is good, and it's a work that makes me think I'll do my best.

It makes me want to remember that era

The background of that period is well understood, and historical and cultural interest is aroused. It's interesting even if you're completely ignorant, but it's even more interesting to learn about that era and its town and country.

The picture is beautiful!

Anyway, even the clothing designs that come from the detailed background are so beautiful. It's a comic that makes you want to support the dedicated protagonist. I want my rebellious daughter to read it!
