I’ll admit—the title definitely caught me off guard, but once I started reading My Employer Gets Turned on at Night..., I realized there’s more to it than just the provocative name. While the story leans into mature romance, it also explores the growing emotional bond between two people who start off with a professional relationship and slowly develop something deeper.

What I appreciated most is that the romantic tension isn’t just for show—it’s supported by real character development. The employer is surprisingly reserved and complex, and the assistant brings a gentle charm that balances the dynamic really well.

I love a power dynamic romance where the guy is so sweet yet hiding a dark tortured side like this. I also like the side characters I've met so far! They are interesting and makes me want to learn more about them.
